Terrible experience and bad attitude
When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, the staff insisted that we purchase additional insurance, which we had never been required to do before with previous rentals.
He spent around 30 minutes making phone calls regarding the issue, causing significant inconvenience.
Although we eventually agreed to pay the insurance fee in order to continue with the rental, Priceless Car Rental still decided to cancel our reservation and refused to provide the vehicle. We believe this was unreasonable and the staff’s attitude was very unprofessional.
They told us that because a discounted rate was offered by Expedia, the insurance cost was reduced in advance, and customers are then forced to purchase insurance at the time of pickup.
If you do not want to be pressured into forced any purchases, I would not recommend choosing this rental company.

prices do not match, App glitches
The prices do not match with the price indicated in the providers in their app or website. For example from May 22 to June 1 Toronto to Veracruz round trip flight, shows $698 CAD in skyscanner whereas in the provider’s page atleast $1084 Canadian dollars
Plus, the app glitches when scanning for flights and you switch between other apps in iPhone, and when you switch back to skyscanner it freezes and closes after several seconds.

Searching through every site on google, found skyscanner to show the cheapest possible flights. The fact that they dont charge anything and come with a simple and detailed enough interface, it is a favourite when it comes to booking for a trip.
