Skyscanner is continuing to promote…

Skyscanner is continuing to promote Kiwi.com despite numerous consumer complaints about its refund practices.

By prominently displaying a travel company that appears to disregard fair online commerce practices, Skyscanner is turning a blind eye to the harm experienced by consumers.

Search platforms should take greater responsibility for the businesses they choose to promote and should not expose travellers to companies that may use misleading refund processes.
