I'm extremely happy with my Purchase of The Shadow 4 Gaming PC, I bought it because I has a HP Pavilion that was 7 years old, and it was failing miserably, so I bit the bullet and bought a actual gaming PC and when I say this was the best PC ever I mean it, it hasn't crashed on anything even once, it refuses to drop below 100 FPS on anything, even on ultra graphics, and it keeps up with recording and gaming multitasking, Id 100% Recommend the Shadow 4 or just using Sky tech in general. When I saw the box, I was a bit worried, but turns out Sky tech gaming really cares about there products and made sure to wrap it up plenty. Came with 1 year free included warranty, plus a Keyboard and mouse, and it only took exactly 1 week... 100% would recommend.

The PC arrived on time and in great condition and is everything I hoped for.

Everything went great besides the shipping time but that's understandable. It came very well protected and is running astonishingly smooth. Customer service was also very quick and easy to access and very friendly.

I made a choice to try Skytech based on the reviews and the ability to build a custom system online. I was more than satisfied with the end result, I was blown away. I'm an old school nerd who built my own systems out of college in the 90's. This was like playing a sim to me but with the jackpot of getting a custom built to order system that looks as good or better than I could have done with 3x the time invested. I got a fair price on the build that become a very good price as there were a couple promo codes available along with game promos because of the components. I have already recommended Skytech multiple times online in a couple user groups I'm in. Great job to all my new friends at Skytech!

The Prism 4 (Ryzen 7 7800X3D / RTX 5070 Ti 16 GB / 32 GB DDR5 / 2 TB NVMe) has exceeded expectations as the primary development workstation for my small software company, IWV Digital Solutions LLC. We build a portfolio of on-device AI products — NotesXML, IWV Chat AI, IWV Agent, plus ongoing Intel SYCL and AMD ROCm backend work — all running locally, so I needed a machine that runs real language models at interactive speed.

For context, Microsoft's Copilot+ PC bar is 40+ NPU TOPS. The RTX 5070 Ti is spec'd at roughly 1,406 AI TOPS (FP4) — different precision, but the practical result is clear: this machine runs models that current Copilot+ laptops can't touch. On my benchmark suite: Gemma 3 1B at 219 tokens/sec, Phi-4 Mini 3.8B at 177, Phi-4 14B at 71, and the 24-billion-parameter Mistral Small 3.1 24B at 41 tokens/sec — faster than most people can read.

The build itself is excellent. The 360mm AIO keeps thermals under control during sustained inference runs, cable management is clean, and the system came up on first boot with zero issues. Packaging and shipping were first-rate; no DOA.

Skytech delivered a machine that handles demanding AI development as comfortably as any gaming session. Highly recommended.

Thought i was getting a controller, too, but that wasn't much of a worm in my ramen for me. Otherwise, everything went smoothley.

First, the website is great and prices are fair. Purchase went smooth and pc arrived within 5 business days. I’ve had my pc for less than a week but so far, I’m very happy!

PC has had boot issues since day one and have had to contact support multiple times with no true fix. Three months later and the PSU has died on it and will take at least a month for them to fix and send back. For a PC just under $3k this has been a nightmare to deal with.

Computer had issues with crashing and corrupting files. Went through warranty process and you had me send my ram back for testing. In the two and a half week long process no communication has happened that I did not have to reach out for. Honestly still don't have any actual update. This is my first PC and the experience you have provided has been frustrating and heartbreaking. I have a really expensive paper weight at this point and I feel as though it is not being prioritized in any way.

This is my second time needing help with my PC as I had some beginner difficulties the first time. This time needing support I had some driver issues and missing information. I talk to the same tech both times. And let me tell you if I ever have any more issues, I'll make sure I talked to (Timothy) with sky tech. What an amazing awesome guy that really knows his stuff and way around a PC, I cannot stress enough how stressful it is when having issues with your pc. He made the process smooth easy great communication and didn't make me feel rushed explaining everything to me as he was remotely fixing my pc. This guy needs a raise even if he already makes great money! He did such a great job I was trying to get him to give me his Cash App so I could send him money (buy him lunch) If you need assistance with your pc at sky tech and if you're lucky enough to get him as you support tech!! You'll see why I left such a good review for him!!

3 Stars – Excellent Customer Service, Disappointing Hardware Experience

I want to start by giving Skytech’s customer service team a huge shoutout. They were genuinely some of the best representatives I’ve dealt with in a long time — responsive, respectful, patient, and knowledgeable. If the PC itself had performed as well as their support team, I would probably be a lifelong customer.
Unfortunately, the hardware experience didn’t match the service.
I bought a Prism 4 rig while it was on sale. For the first few days, it was a beast — great graphics, smooth performance, and high frame rates. However, I started noticing occasional flickering RGB lights. Then the issues escalated: the PC began randomly shutting down and restarting. A few days later, I got the Blue Screen of Death. This all happened within the first week of ownership.

Despite troubleshooting with customer service (who were very helpful), the PC would no longer boot into Windows. Since it was still brand new and under warranty, I decided to return it rather than ship it back for repair. Living in Hawaii, Skytech doesn’t cover return shipping, and I wasn’t comfortable spending a significant amount on shipping a brand-new PC with no guarantee it would be fully fixed.
The return process itself was quick and painless.

Final Verdict:
PC = Miss.
Customer Service = Phenomenal.
From what I’ve seen in other reviews, Skytech appears to be quite hit-or-miss. For me, it was unfortunately a miss on the hardware side, despite outstanding support.
