Emailed 3 times. Tried calling 5 times. No one is there.
Emirates was offering full refunds on flights due to the war etc. So got in touch with these guys asap. No reply. Now the date of the flight has come and gone. That also meant £350 of seat selection could also not be refunded as Emirates explained unless SkyWings requested the refund, we could get nothing back.
At a time where we lost thousands due to no hotel refund, skywings have failed to get in touch and lost me £1,500 in flights. Disgusting.

Great experience with Danny
I have never had a great experience with any agent like Skywings. Danny was extremely professional, determined and displayed a high level of honesty.
He was very helpful all through the flight booking process from the beginning to the end.
His relentless effort is appreciated, even when there seemed to be no way and all roads seemed difficult and impossible,he was persistent until he was able to find me a flight.
He also processed a refund for me successfully, after I decided to cancel a booking with an airline.
His communication was exceptional and he didn't get fed up until he was able to find me a cheaper and affordable flight.
I was very impressed and I would highly recommend Skywings to anyone who wishes to book an affordable and cheap flight with a high class service.

Do not believe what they say
I booked two expensive return tickets with this company with Etihad Airways to Abu Dhabi departing on 12 April, 2026. Given the government were advising not to travel I asked if I could cancel on 15 March. The reply was if you cancel today you will loose £4,220. So I asked if I could change the dates to say October and was told there would be a change fee payable of £4,374 since Etihad were still planning to fly in April. Last week this changed and on the Etihad site it said up to 15 April refunds were now possible. So I contacted Skywings and they reluctantly agreed saying there would be an administration charge of £240. I checked their terms and conditions and it said £150 not £240 and they then agreed £150 and sent me a confirmation document to sign. This stated expect the refund in 5 to 6 weeks. Our friends booked with Travelup who paid them back last week on the same day and did not charge any administration fee. I queried why I had been told the wrong administration fee and why it was 5/6 weeks compared to other travel agents paying immediately but they refused to answer. I said I wish to lodge a formal complaint but they have ignored that as well. I shall never use them again and will go to Travelup in future for all my bookings. They have now replied saying they cannot find my booking, how many John Shannon's are flying with them on 12 April to Abu Dhabi..hopeless goes from bad to worse
