Scam!!

Scam!!! Avoid at all costs!! You'll see this company isn't on reputable websites like SkyScanner because they will lie to you to make a payment and then try charge you £50, £100 or £150 cancellation fee.

In my case, I found the deal through the DealChecker website and it included 1pc baggage. I called the customer service number and confirmed that a 23kg hold baggage allowance is included with a 7kg hand luggage allowance he said yes. Then just before I pressed pay I called again and the agent said 'Madam I told you already it is included make the payment and you'll get the confirmation' this was a man named Sedi.

Once I made the payment, I realised the 23kg wasn't included and I called the number back. Sedi said okay I am emailing my supplier and adding the 23kg. This was a big red flag.

Then I straight away read the terms and conditions and realised I can cancel the booking because the tickets were not issued.

I called back Sedi became rude and said no cancellations are allowed.

So I cut the line called up my credit card company they said call them one more time to cancel the booking otherwise they will start an investigation.

I called back and spoke to Sedi he argued for a bit and said I'll cancel it but will take a £50 fee. I said nope, you'll mis-sold me a flight and I am not paying for your mistake.

He then said take it or leave it. I said okay let the bank investigate you and your business dealings. Then he said okay call me back after 15 minutes let me speak to my boss.

Then he disappeared for the day and couldn't get through to him.

Then the next day I called back and he said you'll get your full refund but youll have to wait 4 to 6 weeks and you will get an email confirming this at 5pm. Nothing happened no confirmation nothing.

Then on monday I saw my bank removed the pending transaction and when I called my bank they said the pending transaction had been cancelled so no money left my account.

Absolute scammers and luckily I read the t&cs and noted that you are entitled to cancel the order as long as the tickets have not been issued. I feel sorry for the people that paid the cancellation fee I guess that's how they make their money!

Upon reviewing your booking, we found that it was still under process and unfortunately declined because the payment was reversed through the payment gateway.
I would like to assure you that we are currently reviewing the call recordings related to your booking. If we find that our staff (SEBI) advised you to cancel the booking or requested any additional payment for baggage that was already included, we will definitely take appropriate action.
Regarding your Saudi Arabia booking, I can confirm that baggage is already included in the fare. There is no reason we would ask for any extra payment for baggage in this case.

Booked return flight from Manchester to…

Booked return flight from Manchester to Thailand on the 01/08/2025 still haven’t received my flight itinerary via email as as I was told, to days date 05/08/2025 I still haven’t received the flight details, I phoned to enquirer where the flight details where, didn’t get a good response, was told someone would phone me back I waited a good few hours, then got a phone call the person then hung up on me when I asked why I hadn’t received my flight details this happened a few times, then I got a phone call much later on , telling me they had only got one of the flights and they are saying that doesn’t include luggage and I would need to pays extra, I tried to get my money refunded and was told this is not possible untill 24 hrs before the flight, I would seriously not recommend this site , as it’s taking payment under false advertising
Since posting this review, I’m happy to say everything as now been rectified and I now have my flight intinery for both my out bound and return flights and for the same price that I paid on the 01/08/2025 and with no added prices so all in all they came good 👍

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM, fake reviews…Misleading and fraudulent

I booked a flight with them on Sunday, I was told luggage would be included. I was told I would receive tickets with 24-48hrs. Sent passports on Monday, spoke on the phone twice today, was told that I would actually not have checked in luggage for the price I’ve paid and that I would receive the tickets today. I have now received an email stating that they attempted to take £557.78 from my card without me authorising such payment or an explanation why I’m expected to pay any additional money.
I have been left in tears this morning, they advertise false ticket prices and then claim there’s banking issues to then later tell you the original ticket price is no longer available. Staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. They wouldn’t even allow me to explain. Lost out on cheaper tickets by wasting time booking with them and ended up having to book last minute via another booking agency.

Don't book with this company, its a scam, I have booked six tickets and this is my booking ID SW255608, I waited for three days for the etickets never receive them, I called them and they told me to send our passport copies and I will get the etickets by the evening, by 18:00 no etickets and I called them back and they told me I am on waiting list and they can give me alternative dates if I pay £89 per person, I refused and request my refunds and I was told you can't get the refund as part of their terms and condition, I check their terms and conditions and clearly say ".All flight tickets issued by us are non-transferable, non-changeable, and non-refundable unless otherwise specified." ALL FLIGHT TICKETS!, but I haven't received any , so i should get my refund, I contacted the bank and I reported them as fraud, bank said the payment dispute can only be triggered once the payment goes through pending.
I contacted Skywizard spoke to Sebth he changed the story saying the reservations are not refundable as that's the agreement between them and third party, I explained that's not the terms and conditions in their website. He then said I will get my refund 24 to 48 hours if the third party cancels, which is nowhere mentioned in the terms and condition, he then started to be very rude and shouting saying I don't understand and he hangup on me, I called back and spoke to Reymond he was more polite and explaining, I don't know if they are playing good and bad cop here!, Raymond said the refund has been issued and I should get it tomorrow. I will wait till tomorrow and if I don't get my refund I will contact them again and the bank, I am currently writing an email to 'Action Fraud', to report this company the way the do business! and will send the email if my refund is not in by tomorrow as promised by Reymond! I will surely cc support email address so they know its not a threat!

Made a booking online

Made a booking online, Got a phone call saying i haven't put my middle name on my booking, and that they would need to cancel my booking and rebook my flight and that i would have to pay an additional £600,
i have spoke to Emirates Airline and they confirmed that all I needed on my booking was the correct First name and Surname, which i have.

I rang multiple times and got no answer I finally got a call back and spoken to a agent called SEBI who was VERY RUDE and argumentative and shouting !!!!
very bad customer service,

Currently I don't even have flights booked but they wont issue a refund !!!!!!

Since then I have seen similar reviews on here wished I had checked here first,
this must be a Scam to make more money out of people. ,
I have proof of my completed transaction and Skywizard booking reference.

I wish I had read the reviews first.

I was emailed and ask to send our passports of which I did,
email received -

We are writing to inform you that a copy of the passports are required in order to proceed with the issuance of your ticket for Booking Reference SWXXXXX. Kindly provide the necessary documents at your earliest convenience to avoid any delays.
Please send a clear copy of the passports for all passengers to skywizard, or simply reply to this email with the attachments.
Once the required documents are received, we will proceed with the ticket issuance and share an update within 24–48 hours.

But on the on-line form I didn't add I middle names therefore Skywizard said they would have to cancel the booking and re-book at a cost of £189.00 per person, I said I wanted to cancel, they told me I couldn't - and was very rude about it, he was getting louder. I said I would contact my bank, he just said - do it then! I looked at my bank a few days ago and the payment was in 'pending', I checked it again just now and can see that the pending payment had disappeared, I contacted my bank who explained that if the payment is in pending for over 48 hours, the payment doesn't go through and disappears, Skywizard are adamant that this payment will go through but the bank assured me that they can't resubmit as would need me to confirm the payment where a new code is generated. So Skywizard, you have wasted enough of my time - telephone etiquette and customer service training is needed.
They lied about already receiving the payment and wanted me to go through the refund process!! They hadn't received payment from me. !

Never use SkyWizard

I had a deeply unsatisfactory experience with this company. Despite the offers advertised online, the tickets I purchased were not actually available after payment was made. I was then contacted via email and asked to provide my passport to "confirm" the booking—only to be told that confirmation would take up to 48 hours. That deadline came and went without resolution.

Eventually, I was informed that the tickets were unavailable due to issues with the supplier, and I was instead offered alternatives at higher prices. This entire process dragged on for four to five days, followed by another delay of several days for the refund to be processed. In the meantime, I had missed out on more competitive and legitimate travel deals.

Misinformation, lies, hidden costs, poor customer service.

Misinformation, deciet and hidden costs.
I supported my mum, to book flights from Manchester to Melbourne, for a family occasion (having not seen a member for a few years). Initially, we thought a great agent, good deal, and easy to navigate. BUT, this is not true.
We have proof (screenshots, which i am happy to provide) that our flights included 1 x 7kg cabin AND 1 x checked 23kg bag. This was until AFTER we booked, where an email says it only includes 7kg. We waited 2 days for the flights to be confirmed, and they never were, we then received a call, to say our baggage was not included. I asked that they quote us to add the luggage on for the flights, to see if it was worth the price or doing this direct with the airline ourselves. All day, back and forth messaging, trying to get a price. Which by this point, we just decided to cancel. At the point of requesting to cancel, I was told we couldn't do this (despite reading the terms and conditions and reviews that say we can infact do this) they tried to say the flights were already booked (a lie, again, I have PROOF of this, which sky wizard cannot dispute, we hadn't received tickets, AND i had asked to enquire about adding on baggage first, why would they book this without our confirmation first), again i have proof through time stamps. I repeatedly explained that they were infact not booked. Received a telephone call after I offered them a charge back from the bank. Tried to palm me off DIFFERENT flights, dates, airlines, baggage, with Cathay Pacific (I suspect they get commission with different airlines), I explained we were NOT flexible. They also wanted an EXTRA £687. I said no, I'd just like to cancel. What a nightmare, I had a man that I could not understand well, Ricky and Sebi, Sebi was not helpful, Ricky did try his best, but poorly , I was interrupted by constant sales options not a cancel and refund. He also, said I was 'an unexperienced traveller', little to his knowledge, that i am not ! How rude. Then, finally, I got to request cancellation and refund, which cost £225 , PER PASSENGER, a number simply plucked from thin air. so we have had to pay £450 , for nothing ,despite our flights not being confirmed (again, I have proof of this), and we are STILL waiting for a refund, and have been told to just keep waiting. the main bulk of money is just pending in our account, and not refunded, but the £450 has been taken out. Absolutely horrific, under the circumstances we wanted to fly, we were met with this. When you call, you can't get through to anyone, just ridiculous. We have no trust left in this travel agent, and would recommend going to the airline directly. I'm sure they will respond to this review, with a loop hole or try to make themselves look better, but this all came from lies about baggage. and then not completing our request to add this on. Did I also mention they then forced through the booking with BA/Qatar? After I had already requested cancellation? We are STILL waiting our refund, they said 2-3 working days, it has been this now, and told to wait again. Pathetic. P.s. Sky Wizard, we do NOT want any calls about this review, thankyou.

We would also just like to know, when our refund will be released/provided back to us, especially since you have now taken the cancellation fee?!

They seem to find refunding challenging as I have contacted Raymond through a colleague and was informed that the issue would be resolved by end of day and that we would be emailed to confirm this. Of course this did not happen and in 3 working days we will hit the max legal deadline for reimbursement, I do hope this team pull their fingers out.

Please don't use this company for flights

Please don't use this company for flights. Flights advertised on their website never exist for the price shown. When you phone them to confirm your flight they give you a revised price and they are several hundred pounds more. Deceitful company. They then try to offer alternative flights on dates you haven't chosen. Don't be fooled into thinking you're getting a great deal with this company.
