Disrespectful Address System for Taiwan

I received my order successfully, but I must point out that listing Taiwan under China in your address system is inappropriate and disrespectful to people in Taiwan.
Due to this issue, I cannot recommend your store, and it has significantly diminished my overall experience.

We're sorry to hear that the experience on our site wasn't as good as you expected it to be and that you had issues with the delivery of your order.

As confirmed by both UPS and yourself, the parcel was indeed delivered at the correct address. It seems like something may have happened after delivery, but nor we or UPS are responsible for that. Customers do have information and the tools to redirect the shipment to a service point, in case they're not home to accept the delivery.
