Placed an order and returned it due to…

Placed an order and returned it due to item being too big and still no refund after 7 weeks! Whilst I was waiting patiently they offered me 20% off my next order which I foolishly fell for and the order was never even sent out. Now I am over £100 out of pocket and they just keep fobbing me off with excuses and empty promises.

Where is my refund

I made an order for New Years and returned the extra sizes I’d bought and kept one dress. Returned received by their warehouse on the 6th of January. After two weeks/10 working days I had to chase the return and was then informed that it had been processed that day and to please allow 10 working days for my money show in my bank account. This time period has now passed, waiting to hear back from their customer service team.

I’ve never had an issue with funds being released to my Monzo account before - even places like Vinted will say “allow 3-5 working days” and it will be paid within hours. It makes me feel really uneasy that my money has supposedly been paid out but is nowhere to be seen? Where is my refund and what has happened to my money? (I did like the dress so I feel a one star review isn’t justified).

Reading recent reviews I feel a bit uneasy as there might be bigger things at play here, however as I’ve been told my refund has been processed and money paid back, I’m assuming the company have enough liquid funds to pay out, but it’s all so suss.

No response to emails and bad quality…

No response to emails and bad quality clothes - returned my whole order as it was cheap material and totally ill-fitting. Haven't had a refund and have emailed 3 times chasing and had no response.

No refund

Sent item back the day after I received it as it was way too large.
Have had emails stating they have received the return. I had to then chase for a refund. I have now been informed by PayPal that my refund has not been processed quickly enough by this company and they are trying to find out why. Refund showing on PayPal as CANCELLED. Awaiting response from this company as to why this has happened as I have followed their return policy to the letter .
This has been almost a month.
Not good. Will never use again.

Refund taking in excess of 6 weeks.

I returned my items in mid-December (an acknowledgement was received on 19 December, but I know I sent the items long before this) and I still have not received a refund.

The team is apparently tackling a backlog as of 13 January, but I have received no update and no money back since. Absolutely ridiculous - verging on fraudulent at this point.

I’m so disappointed to be writing this…

I’m so disappointed to be writing this review, I’ve ordered from this company before and they have been amazing. But this is the first time me sending items back (which is a lot of money to be out of pocket) I ordered a few sizes but unfortunately didn’t like the fit so sent the items back. Thinking it would be a straight forward 3-5 days refund, how I was wrong. I sent them an facebook message 13.01.25 as I had not heard anything about my return didn’t receive a response on that but did get an automatic email saying ‘We have received your return and will be processing it shortly. Please allow several days to process your return request.’ I then sent an email asking when my items will be refunded on 27.01.25, they sent and automatic email saying ‘We aim to reply within 72 hours,’ still waiting on a reply and my refund. Really disappointed and will make me think twice about shopping with them again.

Never replied to emails

Never replied to emails, took over a month to ship package, and would not price adjust when items went on further sale a few days after even though they had not even shipped my order. I ordered mid December and do not have my package yet end of January.

I ordered a couple of things which I decided I didn’t fit me so I returned them, it has take two emails to SLA and 6 weeks for my refunds and I still haven’t had my refund money, I’ve never experienced such a lengthy return considering it’s in the uk as well, I won’t be ordering again due to this as I wouldn’t want to have to wait this long again if I did have an issue.
Such a shame

"Extremely Disappointed – Poor Quality and Zero Customer Service"

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. My order was not delivered on time, and when it finally arrived, the quality was far below expectations. The blazer was poorly made and absolutely unacceptable for the high price.

I contacted the company on January 4, 2025, and again on January 9, 2025, to address the issue, but I have yet to receive any response. This lack of communication reflects very poorly on their customer service.

Due to the poor quality of the product and the lack of resolution, I have paused the payment and am considering legal action if the matter is not resolved promptly. I cannot recommend this company and strongly advise against ordering from them.

Amazing products and customer service!

Such a lovely brand, the shorts are perfect! I ordered some shorts Christmas Eve in the hopes to wear them NYE, the day before NYE they hadn’t been dispatched yet (which I understand because it’s a small business and most staff are probably off). I emailed the team to see if there is an update and they responded quickly and sent them out with an hour. They arrived just in time and are perfect! The quality is amazing and they look exactly like the photos. Would definitely recommend X

Really upset with my experience with…

Really upset with my experience with SLA the Label. I placed an order on the 18th December and paid the next day delivery charge. It’s now 12 days later and I have had no email to say the order has been dispatched. I did reach out to their customer service and was told they’d contact the warehouse to ask them to prioritise the order, this was a week ago and still nothing. Doesn’t appear my order has any intent on coming so if you’re ordering for a special occasion and need by a specific date, don’t bother!

Glitter suit

Excellent brand and even better customer service! I ordered the glitter suit on an offer but ordered the wrong size (sizing seems slightly bigger than standard imo) but the customer service honored the price difference between the exchanges and kept me updated throughout the process. The suit it's self is stunning, brilliant quality, had so many compliments. Couldn't recommend this brand enough

Semi sheer dresses and rubbish customer service

Really not impressed with the customer service, I sent an email a week after they received my return to query when the money would be back in my account, after not hearing back, I sent a follow up email to chase this up which was responded to with an email telling me not to send follow up emails as it will put me in the back of the queue, felt very much like a slap on the wrist for having the nerve to ask where my money is. On top of this both dresses I have ordered are semi sheer and the description suggests wearing nipple covers, not really ideal for a bigger bust gal, I have kept the second dress as the returns process put me off sending another dress back but finding something suitable to wear underneath has been a small nightmare
I wouldn't recommend this place

Five Stars! Will 100% purchase from this company again. A skirt I ordered came damaged, I sent pics of the damages and I contacted customer service. Within the day, they got back to me, and offered to send a new skirt expedited at no charge! Seamless, easy and wonderful, friendly response! Thank you! 🤩

Stunning clothes, even better customer service

This store is truly amazing. Their clothing is absolutely stunning, each piece is beautifully designed and so unique that I always feel like I’m wearing something special. The quality is incredible, and the selection is thoughtfully curated.

What really sets them apart, though, is their customer service. The staff is so friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, making every shopping experience a pleasure. It’s rare to find a place where you feel valued as a repeat customer, but they have gone above and beyond for me every time.

If you’re looking for gorgeous, one-of-a-kind clothes and exceptional service, this is the place to go.
I would give 100 stars if I could.

Awful with processing refunds

Ordered here a few times now, the items are always lovely but the customer service is awful with processing refunds. You can go 3 weeks without hearing anything about getting your money back and constantly have to chase this up with the team! Then I received a email saying it’s been processing so how much longer does I have to wait, another 3 weeks??

This is really off putting, I probably won’t order from here again now.

Fake brand!

I have honestly never experienced such bad service in my life. I am completely in shock. It's now been a month since I ordered and my order hasn't even shipped yet. I have written to customer service and on their Instagram. No response! I'm starting to think this brand is fake.

I ordered 27th of november and I still didnt get any updates and nobody is responding to me. I need it this thursday for a christmas party. I think it's so bad that nobody is responding, no dalay email no nothing. I am a email marketer and I know that if you delay you can send an email to the customers, but no. Nothing! Is this website a scam??

The worst online shopping experience

I don’t usually write reviews but I’m so disappointed in the service I’ve received that I feel the need to. I will never be purchasing from this company again!

I ordered a dress and shorts on pre order from the website. Online it said the order would be shipped the 23rd. It got to the 25th and still no notice of item being shipped. So I emailed and got told it would be shipped that day. Fabulous. Or so I thought…

I was going on a trip to Paris the following week and had expressed my need for the package to be shipped.

On the 27th I sent another email as I still hadn’t been sent a shipping confirmation email. I was told it would be sent very soon.

By the 29th it still hadn’t been shipping confirmation so I knew there was no way the package would arrive in time and that I would no longer be requiring the items. The customer service were super unhelpful still and just said it’d be shipped out soon again.

The day before my trip it hadn’t been dispatched and I had expressed my concerns about the lack of help and customer service. The only solution they then offered was they’d send me a free returns label after I’d received the item.

After returning from my trip the package had arrived, so I requested the return label which they sent. I requested it be a evri return as there isn’t a Royal Mail office convenient for me to access. They said they only did Royal Mail so sent that over. Due to the inconvenience I was unable to ship the package in the very short 7 days they allow for returns( which I wasn’t informed of until after I’d missed the window!). Considering how long it’s taken for them to ship the package to me and that they can’t keep to their own time frame I’m extremely disappointed that they could allow a longer return frame under such circumstances!!

The customer service has been broken promises throughout and extremely unhelpful… I wish I’d read the other reviews about preorders before purchasing or I wouldn’t have bothered at all!

I’m now around £100 down and I’ve never been more dissatisfied with an online retailer in my life! Will not order from there again and would recommend other people not too as well!
