I am very sad that I do not have to tell anything positive about this company and how they treated my case ...
They made mistakes in the accounting of the company and after begging them to fix this for more than 1 year they refuse and telling me about their "risk management" - In fact a previous accountant of their company made this mistake, I can not believe this excuse.
Now I am trapped in the situation of a company which I would like to offboard but there is no help from SLEEK offered .... Mails get ignored and they tell me the same excuse over and over again instead of taking actions to finally resolve this matter. This is nothing else than very frustrating as former client of this company...

Totally incompetent company, advance payments, and then you have to chase employees all year because they don't do what they're supposed to do.
Be careful, because then you'll end up with penalties from the IRD because of them: you pay Sleek to do work, but it's as if they weren't there.
They're totally incompetent and slow as sloths. The only thing they know how to do is ask for money: they're experts at that.
Not to mention the platform, which is incredibly slow and inefficient: I've been reporting problems for three years, but they've never fixed them.
- I had to upload the same files multiple times because they were getting lost.
- The invoices were all uploaded in the wrong currencies, and they have to manually correct them (a job they do 3-4 months later).
- Banks you no longer use can't be deleted.
...and many other problems.
Stay away from this company.

I contacted Sleek to help me set up my UK Private Limited entity. The process was smooth and I had everything set up within 2-3 days.

I was recommended Sleek by a mate of mine when I was setting up my company, and honestly being as clueless as I was, these guys have helped me every step of the way. The team have always been helpful, answering the dumbest questions with the most amount of detail, and helping out with all kinds of situations. I also like not having a big bill at the end of the year, rather monthly payments - really helps with the overall running of things. I think the level of service has actually got better over time too - so can’t say anything further other than jump on board with them!

It's been a mess for months now, no support, no help.
When it comes to trouble you see the true professional level and I never experienced such a bad management starting from the top (C-level manager which is not informed) to bottom (employees which are paid only for work not to think about the results of their action).
And you really think it is a good a idea that a company like this makes your accounting? Think again please!

Sleek are an excellent accounting firm. I have been a customer for many years and have always had the best advice with clear answers to my questions. I have been with Sleek (HK) since 2022. I have now been through 3 accounts. They did not file my tax return, I received a letter from the tax authorities threating prosecution and Sleek still has not actioned this letter and helped me resolve the issue, and this was 5 weeks ago. I am deeply worried about penalites and prosectutoins due to the inadequacy of sleek.

I’m extremely disappointed with Sleek and how my case was handled. Despite multiple follow-ups, the process was unnecessarily blocked and I received little to no meaningful support to close the matter properly. I clearly stated that all I needed was clarity and a proper strike-off process—instead of help, I was repeatedly told to appoint another service provider.
What makes this especially frustrating is the inconsistent communication. After it was apparently acknowledged during the call that mistakes had been made, this was later denied in writing (“neither made nor admitted to mistakes”). On top of that, the refund was made conditional on me finding a new provider or striking off the company myself, which feels like shifting responsibility onto the client rather than resolving issues professionally.
Overall, the experience was not customer-oriented, communication was unclear, and there was no sense of ownership. In the end, you are left alone with the exact problem you hired a service provider to handle. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Sleek based on this experience.

Absolute nightmare to deal with. After submitting all my documents and payment I had to constantly remind them to file my taxes. After 2 years my original agency that I opened my company with notified me that I've incurred penalties for not filing taxes when I contacted Sleek they blamed me and said they take no responsibility that they were never filing taxes anyway and they were just actually doing the audit. I trusted them and depended on them to take care of my taxes and found out they actually even filed with the government that my company ceased operations two years ago they take zero responsibility and now they want thousands of dollars more to fix it. I have incurred penalties from the government and a lot of problems that I have to fix on my own. I would never work with this company ever again absolute nightmare. Their sales agents are super quick to jump on the phone with you but to resolve your issues they only do it by email and they absolve themselves of all responsibility.

They told me to opem a wallet with airwà’ex and that company is holding every of my money transfert asking me hyper intrusive question. Business emails, texts messages, customer invoice etc. I lost thousands of dollards because of Sleeks advices.
