I used sleek to create a Singapore based company. Initially all went well, but in the middle of the process, AFTER open the company they ask me to find another nominee while they initially approved the business. Then started the worst experience in my life : 2 months and still no refund despite all their promises. They keep asking for me to prove I did the payment, and do not accept THEIR OWN RECEIPT as proof of payment nor my bank statements. At every interaction, a promise to solve the matter... then nothing unless I chase them... only for them to ask for more proof !
The worst of the worst, the person who sold be the service is not taking any accountability.
Avoid at all cost. A clear SCAM !

After reading the overwhelmingly positive reviews and seeing so many CEOs praise Sleek’s management and service, I was genuinely excited to start my first limited company with them.
Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. Despite all the praise around how smooth and professional the process is supposed to be, my application was rejected at the formation and AML stage with no meaningful explanation and no opportunity for manual review. I was not asked to clarify anything or resubmit documents. The process simply stopped and I was refunded.
What makes this more frustrating is seeing so many success stories from established directors while Sleek could not even get the basics right for a first time founder. If their automated AML system does not approve you, there appears to be no real support or escalation path, regardless of how willing you are to cooperate.
The contrast between the public image and the actual onboarding experience could not be clearer. Sleek may work well for experienced CEOs with a long history, but for new founders the process is rigid, impersonal, and disappointing.
Being excited to launch your first company and then being turned away at the formation stage is not something I would wish on anyone.

I was referred to Sleek UK by my partner as I had a bad experience with a number of accounting firms. The team have been really friendly even after my silly questions and I’ve found everything to be straightforward. Had a few minor issues uploading my documents which was more user error on my part, but really happy from the initial call with the sales rep up until this point!!! Fingers crossed this continues.

I got replies from the SG team instead.
Took them time to get the HK team to reply.
The teams don't communicate between them.
They did not offer a solution customised to my needs.
They are not interested in taking money.

They ask us to code during Interviews and after getting the code they will tell us you are not selected. If they want to check coding ability they can use hacker rank and all. If the developers in the company dont know to code dont blame on the capabilities of the candidate. They dont know what the candidates have done in their life.

I engaged Sleek Accountants’ services on 21/11/2025 and attempted to formally cancel the following day. I received no response to my cancellation request, so I called in to explain the situation.
During that call, I was told by a member of staff that a full refund would be honoured, as no work had been carried out on my behalf.
Since then, I have not received any funds back. Instead, I have only been issued a credit note, which does not constitute a refund. Despite repeatedly requesting urgency and contacting the company multiple times by phone and email, I am consistently told that the refund has been “processed”, when it clearly has not — no funds have ever reached my bank.
At this point, it has been over a month, and the same assurances are repeated without any actual payment. Issuing a credit note without transferring the money owed is not acceptable, and being told repeatedly that a refund has been processed when it hasn’t is extremely frustrating.
I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

Not professional and a waste of time :
Prior to submitting the incorporation request, the provider fails to clearly disclose all required steps, procedures, and compliance obligations related to the incorporation process. However, once the request is submitted and payment is made, a prolonged and opaque due diligence process begins. This process appears to be conducted without a clear or structured understanding of proper due diligence practices, resulting in excessive delays, repeated requests, and a lack of procedural transparency.
When concerns are raised regarding these unreasonable timelines, services are abruptly terminated without any logical or substantive justification, with such termination being solely based on their Terms and Conditions. This approach is inconsistent with professional standards and raises serious concerns regarding transparency, competence, and good-faith business conduct.

Poor service
May be this varies by region, but the UK service has been rather disappointing. Fast with sales, slow and poor with service during incorporation + assistance in account opening. Documents are blank / unsigned, services paid for not delivered.
