Bought one for my studio flat in London. Love it. Great quality, super comfy, bang for the buck.

We’ve had 2 sofas from Sleepahh now and have been really happy with both of them! They look good, are so easy to pull out into a bed and are comfortable to sit on!

A few areas of note for me. 1. The chat facility was really helpful in discussing measurements when the sofa-bed was open and closed, this gave me good comfort. 2. The delivery team were excellent and really took care, unpacked, positioned and took away all packaging. 3. The Sofa-bed looks great and converts really easily and is comfy. Very happy customer.

Really delighted with my lovely mustard two seater Sleepahh sofa bed bought for my grandchildren's playroom. 6 year old can open and prepare it herself! Very comfortable and stylish for both sleeping and sitting. Friendly and knowledgeable customer service and professional and courteous delivery and set up. Would highly recommend. Great and comfy sofa bed and great price.

In short, the service that I received from start to finish has been excellent, from their customer service team, the delivery company, and the delivery men on the day. 
I have received timely updates on my order, prompt and helpful replies to my enquiries and what has to be the best delivery service that I have ever received. 
Our delivery slot was 8 to 10 a.m., and the delivery van arrived at 7:45 a.m. We had not taken down the required internal door yet, but your delivery men happily volunteered. My new sofa was installed in my sitting room, the door was rehung, and all packaging was cleared up by 8:05 a.m.
Having invested a considerable amount of money on the sofabed that I had not even sat on I was nervous. The sofa is of excellent quality, comfortable, and luxurious. The sofa bed is very easy to pull out and put away which was an important factor. I will not hesitate to recommend you Sleepahh.

Following our ordering of an instock item it got delivered very quickly no trouble getting the items in the house as we decided on the L shape.
The delivery crew arrived on time and were courteous, the sofa is very comfortable as I slept on it the first night as my parents were over and I thought it only right to give my bed up as they are in thier 80's

Our dealings with Sleepahh began when we bought our first home and ordered the new sofa to go on the middle floor of our house - where our living room is. They’d initially called to offer a code for a free topper and pillow with the order which in hindsight also never received this.

We’d felt confident as by the dimensions on the site it would fit in the space we had for the sofa, only we couldn’t see any dimensions for the sizes of the two pieces the sofa would be delivered in. After delivery attempt one, our walls were severely damaged and it wouldn’t fit but the delivery team assured us that the disassembly would mean the largest part would then fit up the stairs.

It didn’t - on redelivery and having spent another £195 on that it turned out that the problem piece couldn’t be disassembled further so we had paid that fee for nothing. Whilst customer service would refund £100, they would not refund the remainder.

As with the other negative reviews, we were then charged the additional £350 for restocking. Something that is buried in their terms of service and doesn’t line up with restocking fees listed elsewhere on their site and elsewhere in their terms of service.

Sleepahh have assured us they believe this customer service was ‘fair’.

We purchased a sofa bed from Sleepahh and were really impressed with the entire process. We were kept up to date on the manufacturing, and the delivery arrived on time. The delivery team was fantastic, even managing a tricky top of the stairs with ease. We had a small issue with the sofa bed, but Pete from Sleepahh went above and beyond to help us, even calling from the USA and arranging for a quick fix.

The problem was resolved within 10 minutes, and we’re delighted with the quality of the product. Highly recommended!

I recently moved house after a need to downsize and needed something that could serve as both a sofa and a bed for guests. After doing a bit of research, I came across the Sleepahh along with all the usuals like Ikea etc.

The team at Sleepah were great from the get-go, helping me select the right colour and material to suit my odd shaped living room. I was a bit unsure about the size and whether it would fit in the space I had in mind, but they helped and reassured me with accurate measurements and even sent over some fabric samples to help me visualise the final look. I did need to pay for postage but I mean they arrived and thank goodness I got them.

Delivery was seamless. The separate delivery company turned up promptly, and I was really impressed with their professionalism. It’s rare to see such care taken during a furniture delivery, and it made a huge difference to my overall experience.

The sofa bed itself is top-notch. It’s sturdy and well-built, with a sleek, modern design that fits beautifully into my space. It’s incredibly comfortable, whether I’m lounging on it during the day or using it as a bed for overnight guests. The mechanism to convert it is smooth and easy to operate – no need to wrestle with it like I did with my old fold out thing.

Not only does the 3 seater look great, but it also feels like it will last for years to come. I’m so pleased with this purchase and can confidently recommend Sleepahh to anyone looking for a well-made, stylish, and functional sofa bed. These folks really pleasantly surprised me. Bought the corner Sleepahh sofa bed, and honestly, the whole experience was pretty cool. The customer service? 👌 Top-notch! They answered all my questions and helped me choose the perfect option without any pressure. Loved how easy everything was. Delivery was super smooth – they were on time and even helped set it up in the exact spot I wanted. The driver and his assistant was friendly and professional. No stress, no drama.

The sofa bed is sturdy AF and fits perfectly in my living room. It’s super comfy, both as a sofa and a bed. The sofa saves space, and it just looks SO good – already getting compliments from everyone who comes over. Jealous, I think so. Lol

Very unethical and predatory way this company deals with customers. The statement defining the opening requirements is hidden in the middle of an unparagraphed wall of text in the terms and conditions. This information should be front and centre on the store page when you select specific sofa shapes. They charged me £350 for "delivering" the sofa that wasn't even unpacked from the van. Information about model sizes is almost impossible to find, 100% on purpose. Now I'm minus £350 and still no sofa. Beware of these scammers.

Overall, I can’t speak highly enough of both the product and the company. If you’re looking for a reliable, attractive sofa bed, and you value top-notch customer service, Sleepahh definitely delivered.

The L corner sofa bed is a fantastic addition to my home, but what impressed me even more was the customer service from the company. Before I made my purchase for my place in Muswell Hill, I had a few concerns about space and measurements. I gave them a call, and the person on the other end was incredibly helpful (surprise they even have a phone number). They didn’t rush me off the phone but took the time to understand my issue and recommend the best solution.

On the day of delivery, I had a slight concern about getting the sofa bed into my house, as it’s an older building with narrow doorways. The delivery team, however, was unfased. Ordered a sofa bed due to getting rid of the actual bed in our guest room to make space when not being used to sleep in.
The sofa bed is incredibly comfortable as a sofa and also as a bed when in use. The colour and fabric on the sofa has a luxury feel and the mechanism to pull it from sofa to bed is very smooth and easy to use.
We did have some issues upon first delivery, there were some damages to the material on the arms but Jon and the guys at Sleepahh were brilliant and sorted out someone to come to the house and recover the arms so it was very minimal disruption which was hugely appreciated as this sofa bed was being purchased ahead of our pending new baby due a few weeks later.
For a small business, I think they offer an excellent product and give great customer service where needed. Would highly recommend over the other big name sofa brands and after 10 months down the line with the sofa bed being used at least once every 3 weeks for family visits, it's doing great so thank you!

I ordered a 3 seat sofa bed back in June.  Love it love it.   Really nice plush fabric.  I have two children and it’s in the spare room but still need to be mindful of kids and a cat.  I wanted to wait a few weeks at least in reviewing, to allow guests to use it as a bed before I wrote a review.  They agree too.  Biggest surprise was how comfortable it is compared to our old pull out folding bed.  The service is also worth a mention too.  Despite ordering in June, I’ve heard from the company about 4 or 5 times by email giving me updates all through.  It really is a pleasant surprise and also when I messaged them near my delivery time, I had a personal email back to put my mind at ease.  It definitely makes me know I made the right decision and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the 3 seater to anyone.

I recently chatted online to the team at Sleepahh. They were so helpful and friendly. Spoke to Pete and he took time with me. I’m not over confident online, so I just wanted someone to explain how the sleep part of this sofa worked and how long it would be to get it made.

Really nothing too much trouble. If I compare it to my recent expense on Vodafone; they took ages to answer, were rude and unfriendly and I just think they are great example of a company where they still care.

Thanks for being patient with me. I will definitely order the samples first so I know the fabrics though. Thanks again people. Would not hesitate in buying as long as the experience continues like this.
