I’m very confused

I’m very confused, because I have not received my order and it’s been 3 weeks. Last time I ordered, the package came very fast. The customer care does not reply to any messages. I wonder if the customer care info sleepinsilk is existing?

First of all sorry for the inconvenience.

When we tracked the order we saw that something was wrong and contacted the freight company. The replied us 2-3 days after that ther were gonna start up an investigation and then we sent you a new order.
