A very good experience from start to finish. Also an extremely quick delivery, considering that my footstool was made to order. Great customer service. I can highly recommend Sleepstyle.

Excellent communication from start to finish. Prompt delivery of headboard made to exact measurements provided. Very happy with whole experience- Would not hesitate to use again.

Amazing customer service experience Right from the start Ashley listened and helped along the way with fabric choices and alternative style for legs for my rather large footstool . It was made and delivered promptly and we are very pleased . Thanks so much alison 😀

I have no doubt that the product will be good once I get it. There has been a complete failure of the delivery company to provide even options to deliver the product. Endless calls and promises to call back but nothing. A delivery company that can only deliver once a week to my area is bordering on the farcical.

Excellent service. Good price for good quality. Can recommend this company highly!

From choosing sample fabrics to receiving my chosen footstool all has gone extremely well. I am highly delighted with the footstool and service received.

Fantastic quality headboard, great customer service and price. Delivery company provided a great service also. Communication was spot on throughout. Highly recommend.

What a fantastic shopping experience start to finish. I am incredibly pleased with the quality and style of my ottoman. I love that it is made in the UK. I was looking for a specific type of leg and appreciated the sales team gave me tons of options to choose from so I was able to get exactly what I wanted. Ordering the free swatches gave me confidence that I would like the fabric and it would match the rest of my decor. The entire process start to finish was less than 2.5 weeks, which is incredible for a custom piece of high quality upholstered furniture. Highly recommend.

Swift and helpful communication from the outset with excellent response time and quick delivery. We are delighted with our bed head and its bespoke nature to fit our colour scheme requirements.

Lovely bed which wàs easy to assemble. Delivery was quick and given dates and time to suit me.

The service from sleep style was exceptional, from initial order, updates on order & delivery, communication all the way.
The headboard is beautifully made, fitted my super king size bed perfectly, delivered on time & packaged really well. I cannot thank the company enough for all their hard work & product. I am so pleased with my purchase.

Was made bespoke and was ready in just over a week ...Great service

Loveddd my foot stool!
Communication was amazing and item is good quality

Our winged headboard is absolutely beautiful and very well made. Ashley arranged for it to come in 4 piece to ensure it would go up the stairs with it being a superking. It was east to put together and very strong when assembled. The delivery men were professional and right on time. Overall a brilliant experience and I'm definitely buying from sleep style again.
