I love the sleepypod. So do my dogs. It’s very cozy for them and I feel they are safe in the car. They like it better w/o the top on
I knew the dimensions when I ordered it and I accept that it is a little small for my Jack Russell dogs for long hauls but I really with you made a slightly larger one.

Support and issue resolution was difficult to get. It took follow ups over a few weeks, unfortunately. But, once I was able to get through, they were responsive. Assuming the product protects as tests indicate, it’s a good product.

Though harness itself is okay, the straps on the buckles are secured by small rubber bands. These do not stop the straps from sliding through the buckles. I had to order slides from Amazon and put them on the straps. I feel this is a big fail in design for this company.

I’d owned another Sleepy Pod for 7 years. While I’m keeping it as a back up because it still works, I wanted to get Daisy a pretty new one. The new one works as beautifully as the original. The fit is the same though a bit snugger which I have machine is because it is new. A consistent, quality product in appearance and functionality.

This is my second sleepypod car harness. The first one was the sport model and now I have the terrain. Both are well made and I feel confident that my pups are as safe as they can be when riding with me. The terrain has more coverage and is bulkier but still seems comfortable for my girl to wear. They are both good options!

My dog is between sizes. I went up so it’s really to large. I was told when I called they suggest to go to the smaller size. It would have been nice if that had been mentioned on the web site. I needed it for a trip but decided to not take my dog because it’s just to big but I didn’t have the time to return as you all don’t offer overnight shipping

Best harness we've had for our boxer! It fits nicely around her stomach, leaving her large chest uninhibited and did not rub her raw behing her legs! Highly recommend!

Order arrived quickly, as described, and with no issues.

I reached out twice with questions, one time was to flag the fact the price dropped by $5 per harness within 12 hours of my purchase of the harnesses and request a refund. No one ever responded to this request. For the other request about support with sizing, the question went unanswered for a week and by that time I had already guessed and purchased.

sm is still too large for my M schnauzer, it is tightened down all the way w the buckles, and still twists when he lies down. the abdominal end of it presses into his boy bits as it's too long for his torso and very stiff with no padding in the sensitive region. dont get me wrong, I do feel he is more secure w/ Sleepypod than any other device, just wish there were smaller options

Easy to use and my dog is very relaxed in the car! Nice to know he’s safe too!

The reflectors on the sides peeled off after one week. Dog is able to wiggle in car and get loose. If using the back clip as a harness to walk the dog, it comes in clipped if the dog pulls. It sort of works to keep dog in seat in car but not always… quality is not great.

Great carrier - used it for international travel for my cat and it was excellent.

I love Sleepypod and am grateful for the extra help with my latest order. When I ordered harnesses for my cats, I wrongly presumed leashes were included. Only one size was available when I bought them online but received 2 different lengths. Sleepypod sent me a matching leash. Thanks!

My cat get rid of the harness within 5 seconds. To return an item that doesn’t meet a minimum expectations, in official return form process i asked Sleepypod for prepaid shipping label, however never got any response. Ignoring your customer is a very disappointing service. Unexpected low quality of a product (most expensive in the world).

I meant for my last glowing review of the clickit sleepypod harness seat belt to have 5 STARS! I accidentally hit 4. I would definitely give it 10 stars if I could. Still loving it!
