100% a scam credit card charged for things I didn't want or even commit to buying. The website tried to charge 7 transactions on my credit card.

I ordered a mouth piece, I declined the many offers that were given me to purchase extra products at the very end of the purchasing process, and then at the end as I confirms my purchase it had added two more items on my list. I instantly contacted the company and they said they would look into it and to email them my order number so I did right away, and then they said the order was shipped out already! I said I want a refund because I feel scammed and I don’t trust the website and they said you have to wait til you receive the products and send them back. How is it possible to ship it out that quick? They are NOT trust worthy and they are designed to take money and refuse refunds, please don’t mess with companies like this, they leave a bad taste in your mouth

Never received my product. Was told by the company that the tracking said it arrived. I contacted the carrier and was told that they leave pictures during delivery. The company will not reach out for refund or placement

This company is a complete scam. I ordered a mouthpiece from the website and ended up having the mouthpiece, some sort of spray and a nose thing. I immediately contacted the company and told them I did not want the other products only to be told that the shipping and packing process is so fast that my order is already on the way. It wasn't on the way. It took almost 3 weeks for me to recieve my order. When I open the package there is a card for a completely separate company called asistanta for customer service. The website for this company looks completely fake. I tried to submit a review on the website only for it to show an error. I then emailed the company to request a refund. They kept trying to offer me different percentages of a refund then finally sent me an address to send the return to and I have pay for the return. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Items were put in my cart that I did not want. I cancelled the order immediately but they refused to refund my money. Sleepzee is fraudulent DO NOT give them your money.

I wanted to try the mouth guard, so I went ahead and ordered the 3 mouth guards for $ 50.00. Once I selected to buy, I was transferred to my PayPal account and the transaction was completed. What I did not know, that it was possible for that company to change my PayPal account settings so future payments could be made automatically without me being prompted again.
Shortly afterwards, windows popped up with “special offers” and there was no clear option to decline them. Somehow these offers were added to my order, and payments were processed without my input. I only discovered this later when I received confirmations from PayPal showing that I had been charged USD 117.99 (I am in Australia and nowhere on the website did it say it was not AUD) in total.
I immediately contacted the company and requested cancellation of the order. This was only about 5 minutes after placing it, but I was told cancellation was impossible because the items had already been shipped. However, I was repeatedly assured that there was a 30-day money-back guarantee.
I also tried to stop the payment through my bank, but because it was processed via PayPal and I had technically confirmed the original payment, they advised that they could not stop it even though it was still pending. I raised a complaint with PayPal as well, but this was rejected and nobody explained how a company was allowed to change my account to automatic payments.
Although they claimed the order had been shipped within 5 minutes, it actually took more than two weeks for the items to arrive, so that was clearly untrue as well.
Since I do snore, I unpacked one of the 8 mouth guards and tried it. It absolutely did not work — in fact, it made the problem worse. Not only did I continue snoring, but when exhaling through my mouth the device created a whistling sound.
I then emailed the company again, explained the issues, and requested a return under the money-back guarantee. As you probably guessed, the refund was refused due to “hygiene reasons.” This condition had never been mentioned before and makes absolutely no sense considering their heavily advertised guarantee.
Do not buy anything from this company!!! Expensive lesson learnt!

Product doesn't work, but also causes severe jaw pain after just a couple of tries. No returns accepted even if unused / fully packaged etc. Whole thing is just a good old-fashioned scam.

SleepZee mouthpiece was so uncomfortable. It was too big for my mouth and I couldn't close my mouth around it. I experienced pain in my jaws to bite down on it. Online reviews say its impossible to get a refund. The company should maybe have different sizes, not all mouths are the same, let alone dental issues. There was no way I could sleep with that in my mouth. Ugh! $67 down the drain!

I got this piece of shit and felt safe when they say 90 days return warranty if customers are not satisfied, but they don't honor that at all. This device made my jaw swollen up after one night and my teeth are so ache. I could not sleep because of the discomfort from this device, that's why I did not snore. Keep away from this scam

This company operates using predatory "dark patterns" and blatant financial deception. I attempted to purchase a single item, but the moment the payment processed, their system automatically "crammed" my cart with over $100 worth of unauthorized items and charged me instantly.

I contacted them within five minutes to cancel this fraudulent activity, but they refused to stop the shipment. Instead, they promised a full refund if I followed their return procedures. I complied with every requirement and have confirmed tracking showing the items were successfully delivered back to them. Now, they have completely ghosted me. They ignore my emails and make false claims that they never received the package, despite the proof being right in front of them.

To make matters worse, PayPal's "Buyer Protection" is a total sham. Despite providing clear evidence of unauthorized charges and proof of return, PayPal repeatedly closes my tickets automatically. They consistently side with this fraudulent merchant, likely because they profit from the transaction fees generated by these scams. PayPal is effectively acting as a protected paywall for scammers rather than a safeguard for consumers.

Looking at other reviews here, this is clearly their standard business model: trap you in an unauthorized purchase, force you to pay for return shipping, and then keep both the money and the product. I have filed a formal chargeback with my bank and am reporting both this company and PayPal’s negligence to the FTC and relevant consumer protection agencies. Do not trust this company, and do not trust PayPal to protect you if you do.

Google showed a postage of £9.99. When processing the order they don’t give you a final price. It is only after you find out they charge £20 for delivery.
They also offer a money back guarantee which they refuse to honour when you try to return a product that doesn’t really work.

It’s a scam - they don’t give you an option to review the cart, then when the order is processed , they say they can’t cancel as it’s already shipped ( within 5 min) then they say you can have a refund if not satisfied within 30 days - then when it arrived I wanted to arrange the product to be returned unopened- they said no refunds - even though the said they would in an email! So screen shot there money back guarantee, and get a chargeback from the bank or PayPal!

Sleep zee is a company to be avoided. Their return policy is a lie; they do not accept returns. Their customer service, although polite, lie and will not attend to your returns or concerns siting "policy" restrictions. In short, the company is a scam to steal your money with poor "products" and unsubstantiated promises.

The website is misleading and there are numerous deceptive attempts to upsell. I never completed my order and gave up after the sixth attemt to get me to agree to an upsell. They did process the order that I never completed. When I immediately requested a cancellation they claimed my order was already packed and shipped. I would NEVER do business with this website. I would NEVER give them your creditcard number, my only hope is I used PayPal.

Unfortunately we bought two, used one, and found that the item prohibits mouth from opening at all making it extremely uncomfortable; could not make it through the night.

DO NOT SHOP ON THIS SITE! Their upsell pages are set up to trick you into buying extras you don't need. The opt-out text is so small you can barely read it on mobile. I was scammed into buying a second mouthpiece I didn't want. When I tried to get my money back for the upsell, they messed about telling me things like "we are unable to accept the return of these items due to strict hygiene and safety regulations." This is 5 minutes after I ordered!!! I didn't want to return; just cancel the order.

They ended up offering me an "extended warranty slip, free of charge." No refund, but hey, I get an extended warranty. No thanks. Do not be fooled by these scammers.

I inadvertently selected the icon add to my order and was immediately charged. My bank notified me by text that I had two charges so within five minutes of ordering I requested a cancellation. I was told they would check with the warehouse to see if the cancellation would be possible 17 minutes after my order, I received a response saying that no it had already been packaged for shipping and a refund would not be possible. This was at 7:02 AM Eastern daylight time. Their website also only shows four and five star reviews with no option to check all their reviews. Stay away from this company. I learned an expensive lesson.
