I ordered a pizza online with a specific request to text or call when it arrived at the door. I also posted a note on my door in large print repeating that request. The delivery person ignored that very simple request, simply left the order on a chair on the porch, on a very cold night. The driver did not contact me and left.
I kept waiting for the text or call, and finally called Slice, since it was 20 minutes overdue. I was asked if I'd "looked outside to see if it was on my porch." Why would I look outside when I had every right to expect I'd be alerted by the driver? Sure enough, it was outside (in very cool weather) and the pizza was totally congealed & not worth eating.
Slice offered to refund only a portion of the order (even after I escalated the complaint). In other words, they expect me to pay an amount of money for their incompetent and poor service.
I strongly recommend any company using Slice for deliveries should seek another delivery service. The incompetent "service" they offer reflects poorly on the companies using that service. I wish I'd ordered from another restaurant.

The customer service was incredibly responsive, warm, and most of all, lightning-fast. It was really clear to me that their team works very hard. They got to me 3 minutes after I emailed them, at most. It can’t be easy to be on the case so quickly, hitting the ground running, for so many customers at once. And yet, they made it happen. I really appreciated their help!

Ordered on slice. Order clearly stated meat on only half the pizza—they put it on the whole pizza. Disappointing for the vegetarians in the crowd. Also chatted to change the order which they assured me would be “no problem” but change didn’t get communicated.

Honestly I can't fathom what people are complaining about. I had an issue with an order that I myself caused and the customer service representative I dealt with was INCREDIBLE! Truly. She was expeditious with a resolution and personable to boot.

We had a problem with our ordering with Slice and we sent them an email not expecting to hear back. Within minutes they sent a personal reply that put out the fire that fast. No company is without fault but to take care of that fire in minutes, you won't find that with the competition.

I used this service twice and will never consider using again.
First time, my order was 1 hour and 45 late. Second time, I ordered pick up, to avoid delay.
The order showed ready for pick up. The restaurant was closed.
When I reached out to customer service I was asked if I went to pick up my order outside business hours. Are they for real??? Instead of apologizing..."we cancel the order and a refund was issued". Thanks for ruining a birthday party. Maybe time to evaluate your customer service crew?

The driver who delivered my order just handed me the pizza and didn't say a word. I said thank you very much and got no response. Very unprofessional which is very unlike Slice. The drivers always go above and beyond and are friendly to boot. I guess there's a bad apple in every bunch.

Have used the app for local pizza for about three years now. Use it in NJ FL and KY. Always good local shops and appreciate the opportunity to support local business.
Choose a shop that has their own delivery people to ensure local street knowledge and efficient delivery. Some shops relying on third party delivery cant ensure fast hot delivery.
Slice is super easy to navigate, and their customer service is excellent—prompt and genuinely helpful! It’s my go-to for ordering pizza (and other Italian food) from great local spots. And I love the perk of earning pizza points to redeem for a FREE pizza 🍕

I’ve always had a really great experience using this app to connect myself to local pizza, places and other restaurants that are on the app whenever I have a problem, I reached out to them. They get back to me immediately and they’ve always solved the problem.

I opened my saving account in it. also using their credit card. But then one day they freezed my account without reason. when i asked for the reason, they simply said we also don't know the reason.
I simply closed my saving account also credit card instantly.
GUYS STAY AWAY FROM THESE Small Finance Banks. ThEY ARE NOT SAFE AT ALL.

I ordered a house special was supposed to be pepperoni and ham mozzarella cheese olives and bell peppers when I got it nothing but olives and bell peppers with no pepperoni and very little ham and no cheese!!!!! WTF

Ordered food from Prima Pizza through the slice website. Ordering was simple with no issues. Food was delivered earlier than my scheduled time. Food was hot and delicious. Great experience all around.
