Customer service was great when it came to canceling my order that took over 3 hours. DO NOT TRUST THEIR WAIT TIMES. I learned my lesson trying to feed my wife & 3 year old toddler. Even the my newborn son was PO'd at the waste of time and no ability to make it right.

Used Slice quite a few times recently, and smooth every time. No complaints…until today. Ordered through the app, went ok, but no “confirmation” or “ETA”.
Went on chat with rep, assured me all ok now, gave an ETA. Went to the shop, no order. They didn’t know anything about how to correct it. I had to reorder in person and wait all over again, and pay again. I called the Slice customer service number. They were excellent. They said I would get a refund within two days. Now I am very doubtful about using the app again. I will probably just call in the order.

Been using slice for years with no problems. No hidden fees and cheaper than using door dash. Refunds promptly. Like the ease of using it. Can't blame an app if the person delivering is the problem.

I will not be using slice again. I placed an order. I called several times over a 4 hour period, and the driver stated he delivered the order, he did not. Why would I call several times if I got it. Slice would not give me a refund...$51! Merry Christmas to me!

I would give negative stars if it was an option. We ordered a pizza and it took 2 hours and 20 minutes to be delivered (cold) I contacted Slice to get a refund and the customer service person offered 25% that didn't even cover the tip. Do not use this service.

Second time using Slice, both times my order was delivered much later than originally quoted. The first time I was a bit disappointed as the food was not very warm anymore. This time however, the customer service was quick to respond and correct the issue. I was satisfied with their resolution. I would give them another chance, but they only have 2 of my local pizza shops available, that really is a turn off. I requested for more to be added.

Extremely happy! Customer service was excellent. I put in a huge order for a party I was having, I got it all finished and then realized I forgot 1 item. I figured I was out of luck but took a chance and tried the “Chat”. The response was a matter of a few seconds and I was taken care of with zero issues. I ordered through Pizza 7 in Saratoga. They were excellent as well. I asked for my delivery to be at 3:00 and they literally showed up at 3! The food was hot and as always, delicious!!

Does not pick up food in a timely manner. Your food is ready, sitting on a oven but not picked up - in my case sitting 90 min. This happened to me more than once. Use another delivery service.

Use this to order for pickup, avoid delivery. I don’t know who they contract with for delivery, but I have gotten late deliveries more than once. This time they delivered my order to someone else. They are giving me a refund, calling it a an order cancellation. But now I don’t have dinner on a night when I’m not up to going out.

We ordered from Rehoboth baking company we got the text for the order but that was it. The app didn't register our order it just directed us to other pizza places in the area. We were contacted by Rehoboth baking company saying they had not been contacted by a driver. We had to go pick up the food, Rehoboth baking company remade the order they were great the refunded our delivery fee from slice.

I just received the wrong/incorrect order. I’m pissed. I ordered a dinner not a fish sandwich. I took a pic of my receipt and another from my itemized cc purchase. I went onto the vendors website and looked up my order and it clearly said DINNER not sandwich. Each is prepared differently. The sandwich was a rock between 2 slices of bread. (Business problem not slice), had text back and fourth. No resolution. It’s my problem. Nice customer service when I have the receipts and screen shots of the correct order. To tell you the truth I have no idea how I ended up with slice as the delivery service. I’ll stick with DoorDash and Instacart. If you get the wrong order using slice, I wish you better customer service than I got. 5 times he told me I was wrong. No screen shots, copies to show me, just sorry that I screwed up.

Ordering is easy, even while I’m in a subway station on my way home so I can get delivery soon after arriving. Free pizza rewards works well too and is achievable. Orders arrive on time 90% of the time.

I wish I could give Slice a minus 10! Driver was running late an then said his bicycle had no air so he canceled my order! This was and hour late.when I called they resisted refunding my money! In doing a little research it appears Slice has set itself up as a middle man for delivery and could care less how badly they are screwing over the restaurants that are using them as well as the restaurants customers!I was told by SLICE that they could not call the driver and they could not replace the order the driver canceled..
Then I was told that SLICE only took the orders but that they had nothing to do with the delivery person and I was then told by the restaurant that THEY had nothing to do with the drivers and I would have to talk to SLICE about their drelivery driver.. Also I was told by SLICE that it would take 3 to 4 days for them to refund the money I had paid THEM for the order they canceled! The CS person for SLICE I talked to on the phone offered nothing else and in fact basically hung up on me! Having been a long term customer of Lubranos, I re ordered directly from Lubranos and drove to the restaurant and picked up the order myself after discussing how SLICE had handled this not really doing anything to make the original order RIGHT! No reputable restaurant should be using them or trusting SLICE! UPDATED.....

Such bad customer service that I felt like I was talking to a high school student full of excuses for not doing his homework. I ordered 4 pizzas to arrive at 3:30 pm for a party; they arrived at 12:15 instead. I texted with a Slice rep for nearly an hour who claimed the restaurant wasn’t answering their calls so they couldn’t resolve the issue. I then called the restaurant (their phone seemed to be operating fine!) and resolved the issue in 5 minutes. Slice refused me a refund, credit, or any other compensation for wasting my time and energy. I could have walked to the pizzeria, ordered, waited, and made it back home in less time and with less headache.
UPDATE: Slice reached out to me to offer a 30% refund for my negative experience, which was greatly appreciated and prompts me to improve my review from 1 to 3 stars. I hope they will begin doing this proactively with customers whose expectations are not met.

When ordering it gave me a delivery window of 30 to 45 minutes after over an hour I went into the app and used the chat feature and they responded with my eta should be another 10 to 15 minutes. My order didn't show up until 2 hours after I ordered it. My food was cold. They were going to just leave it at my front door. Didn't even ring the doorbell until I step out my side door as they were walking away. I will never use them again
