Customer service was really helpful…

Customer service was really helpful with helping with an issue with my card. I 100 recommend using slice pay . The only thing that i noticed is once you use the service once even if you are done with with your payment plan. It won’t allow you to use it again which is odd. But other than that it was great had an family emergency and was able to take a flight immediately thanks to the service provided.

Nightmare experience with them emailing…

Nightmare experience with them emailing me that they could no longer facilitate the Slice payments and that the tickets would be canceled. Had to go through an agency to find out it was because I was paying for tickets for my parent in-laws who have different name than what's on the provided payment method. What small minded service. Was allowed to finish payments but who knows what would have happened if not for the agency.

I was having issues with my layover…

I would choose SlicePay again and…

I would choose SlicePay again and again. The team is super helpful. Ms. Jenni assisted with a matter with an issue I was having with the airline and kept me updated throughout the entire 2 month waiting period. She was patient and understanding. Every time I would reach out, she would always respond so kindly and ensured me that the team is keeping an eye on it for me. The level of customer service is so hard to find these days. Thank you SlicePay for a wonderful experience.
