I was having issues with my layover…

I was having issues with my layover flight being changed without my knowledge. Thankfully I checked my flight just to make sure. Jenni was so helpful and assured me she would get answers in a timely manner.

I would choose SlicePay again and…

I would choose SlicePay again and again. The team is super helpful. Ms. Jenni assisted with a matter with an issue I was having with the airline and kept me updated throughout the entire 2 month waiting period. She was patient and understanding. Every time I would reach out, she would always respond so kindly and ensured me that the team is keeping an eye on it for me. The level of customer service is so hard to find these days. Thank you SlicePay for a wonderful experience.
