Everything was defrosted so had to…

Everything was defrosted so had to throw a way. Well that will be the last time. Even though I paid 24 pound for delivery. Normally I get in in a polystyrene box with ice packs. This time in a bag with 1 ice pack

Issue rectified. Thank you

After review supplier refunded short dated product and shipping cost.
Very appreciated it.
Needed to send emails to different email address then it shown on website.

Received product on the 15th of June 2023 with an expiry date 18 of July 2023. It is not possible to use it up before the expiry date.
Tried to contact seller 4 times but no reply received.
Very disappointed.

Five star service!

My order was dispatched very quickly but unfortunately the DHL courier delivered it to a different address. Contacted the customer service and my query was dealt with in a very professional manner and a replacement was sent out instantly. Five star!
