Disability discrimination
So I put a order in with them as on a low carb diet. I have missed bread, so was happy and excited to add some back into my diet with no issues. However, I have been told when I can pick up. I explained I was disabled and that the only time that would be suitable to pick up was today. My order is ready so why cannot someone come and take 2 seconds just to pick up my order. This makes no sense.
I recieved a rude message back telling me that Monday was the only time I could go pick it up. Now I explained that the people picking it up, was also disabled and were and going to be at the hospital Monday (as they were the Thursday just gone.) This was shocking that, even though my order is ready to collect, there is no changes or adaptions on just a day for a small amount of time for a benefit to a disabled person. Stay away from this company, they love to discriminate and you get told when you can pick up your order, even when it's undoable.
Never using again!

I'm sure you can understand that - just like any other shop - we have opening hours. On our website, it is clearly stated that our online store is open but physical store is open for collection on Monday & Thursay. Customers can order our products with delivery to make the shopping experience more comfortable. I'm not sure what you mean by "rude message", but in order to clarify this, I'm sharing our colleague's responses here:

Your order has been received to us. You can come pick it up tomorrow (Thursday), or Monday 9am-2pm.

Unfortunately no, you can't come tomorrow. You can come on Monday 9am between 2pm."
