I've ordered something from this site but getting no feedback on my order not happy

I ordered a jacket that unfortunately was too big, but I got great help to solve my issue within 24 hours.

Ordered the Brad Pitt jacket from the Fury movie and it's great. The quality of the material, sewing, size and appearance perfect. This is what I wanted to have. Very good contact. Fast shipping. Thanks to SlimFitJacket. I recommend!

I ordered the leather jacket that resembled the one from Gilmore girls. The quality was excellent, fit very well, and was shipped and delivered very quickly. Will be buying again from these guys!

I purchased the black longmire coat. Black sued and light brown leather accent. I also went for the custom fit option available. The communication between me and the fitters was great. They double checked everything which should be done so no mistake is made on their end and they made sure that the measurements I sent where accurate. Even turns out I made a mistake in the length measurement and they emailed me a correction, and didn’t move until I confirmed a okay. Very thankful they did that. It did take about 2-3 weeks to get a shipping notification and tracking number. However, when I did the shipment arrived two days earlier then was estimated by DHL. The coat itself is really good quality. No smells, the stitch work was excellent, no buttons falling off or anything to suggest poor quality. The material is real sued and leather. I’m also very happy that I chose the custom fit option. It may have taken a little longer to get my coat and a few days of communication. However, I’ve never had a coat that fit perfectly and looking in the mirror falls so nicely. No other coat I own fits like this one. My personal experience was a really good one and I would make another purchase from them.

I bought 2 faux-leather jackets from this website and the quality is very bad, the photos are no like the real product.
For exemple, usually I wear medium size. Here, I took one small for my son and it's still too big for me !
The quality is like "made buy a beginner" and not professonal. I should have read trustpilot before buying here...
Delivery was 20 days (ordered 3 december, delivered on the 22 in France).

READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY!!!

I made a purchase from this company and three weeks later, no shipping information, no tracking, nothing... I contacted the seller, asking to cancel my order, since I didn’t think they were ever going to ship the jacket I purchased... nothing again...

Since I made my purchase using PayPal, I contacted them letting them know that I don’t believe I am going to get what I payed for and to refund me... over a week later, the seller responds through PayPal and gives a tracking number, the package is to be shipped from Pakistan. Another two weeks later, I just received the package today...

As soon as I open the box, my house fills with this pungent fake leather/plastic smell, I started to sneeze it was so bad... I took the jacket out of the box that they crammed it in, and started to laugh.

How TERRIBLE this jacket is, not even close to what was advertised, and how AWFUL the stitch work is... sure it’s sorta similar, like if someone was blind and far away, up close you can tell it’s cheap, before or after the smell.

Everything about this jacket is off, the colour, the stitch work, the position of basically everything, the cheap foam inserts like the back or the guards, the material feels very weak, the logo sizes are way off, the trim pieces are extremely poorly cut, LMFAO, event the reflectors are not even reflectors!!!! Just rectangular cut grey leather-like material...

I hope PayPal doesn’t side with this company and let’s me return this GARBAGE to get my money back... mind you this jacket is sold at 150USD and I though that would be a fair price for this jacket, it’s not like I purchased it from wish.

I even went out of my way to do a comparison, of what they advertise, and what I thought I getting VS what I got. (Review with pictures are on Sitejabber.com)

First of all, this is just an Awful Company.

I ordered a standard size jacket from this company, slimfitjackets which appear to be located in Ohio and I’m only about 4-6hours away. It took two weeks for them to reach back to me about Covid issues and that they are sorry for the delay. Also to confirm my shipping address... then they finally give me a tracking number only after I made a claim to PayPal about canceling my order more then three weeks after the purchase. I have been monitoring the shipping information they supplied with DHL, the jacket was shipping from Pakistan, to Germany, then to the UK and now it has just arrived... where you might ask? Ohio... one month later since I ordered this jacket, it arrives at their warehouse. If a company does not have the item in stock... THEN TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS!!! Don’t lie to us just to make a sale! I have still not received my jacket, I’m sure once I do, rather if I do... I will make sure to leave another lengthy Honest review of how it turns out. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED, I SUGGEST NO ONE BUYS FROM THIS COMPANY, AS I WILL NEVER AGAIN!

Shipping was very fast i got my item within 7 to 8 days, the website states 10 to 12 days to be shipped the item. Quality is also best!

I ordered a leather tailcoat from Slimfitjackets in spite of reading several negative reviews about them. I am happy to say I had a very good experience with them and I am pleased with both the product and the service I received. The website estimated 4 to 5 days for processing and another 4 to 5 days for shipping, which seemed a bit optimistic to me. A few days later, I got an email saying there was a problem with the address, which I answered and cleared up the problem. About a week later the jacket arrived at my front door. Total time from order to delivery was 16 days, which I think is a reasonable time. The size and fit of it was perfect and just as I had ordered. The jacket is beautiful - both my wife and l love it. Do not be afraid to order from this website.

One star is too generous. After dealing with famous jacket UK I was hoping for some light at the end of the tunnel.....WRONG!!!! Another bad experience. I still needed a jacket for my Halloween costume.....so what do I do? I order from a different website.....yaaaasssss! Little bit more expensive $196 but cheaper than the other website I visited. This time I was going to order a custom size. I had my seamstress yet again take my measurements. I choose my item and in the order details I add my custom measurements. I thought to myself this time for sure I was going to get lucky. I ordered my jacket on 9/30/17 for a Halloween party on 10/28/17. I sent them countless emails to ensure I received my order in time. In one email they asked me to resend my measurements which had me worries that I was not going to receive my order in time. They assures me that it would be delivered in time for my party. It was now 10/27/17 and still no jacket. By this time I had already ordered plan b just to prepare for worst case scenario. Saturday morning I received a text from my boyfriend that my package arrived. Hallelujah!!!! Had a hair appointment so the whole time all i could think about was the jacket. Im now on my way home feeling super excited. I open my package like a kid at Christmas. It smells like real leather...check. I try it on....IT DOES NOT FIT!!!! Ohhhh the horror!!! The jacket is supposed to be cropped and fitted....it was neither. It also has some weird crusty stains on the inside of the jacket. I'm beyond frustrated. Catch is they don't accept returns or refunds for custom order. I took the jacket to my seamstress who measured the jacket and told me they are not my measurements. I'm requesting they make an exception in light that the jacket they sent me did not fit and it is stained. I will be returning the jacket to the address on shipping label a d submitting a claim to my paypal account with pictures. Ended up wearing plan b but not 100% satisfied with my costume.

I think slimfitjackets.com is one of the most famous online leather jacket store in United States. I heard from my friends and when I received my jacket I was very happy because its 100% same as shown on the website. So the bottom line is dont go anywhere buy only from slimfitjackets.com

I was very pleased with the communication between the website and myself, they seemed genially interested in satisfying my needs and requests. I was VERY pleased with the jacket when I received it and will deal with this company again !

I see allot of bad reviews for this site, and I was skeptical about making a purchase based on the few reviews that are on the net. However, I took the leap and purchased a prop jacket from them, and it was shipped promptly and at the quality and size requested. Extremely excited about the purchase, and glad to see they are not having customer service issues anymore.

Bought a replica jacket, which was nothing like in the pictures. It was way cheaper made, the belt on the jacket was nothing like the real thing. Way overpriced

Its a firm placed in India, has nothing to do with USA as they want you to believe, Its cheaply made and isnt the same thing as you see in the pictures. Bought it custom made and they werent helpful at all, just wanted their money, they didn't care if anything would fit right.
