I have been taking it for almost 2 weeks now. The first three days I felt changes in my appetite and mood. I feel energetic and light. I have lost weight and fat in my arms, legs and stomach (female). The skin is also better.

But I see fast results, day after day, when I go to the gym and when I don't eat junk food. I no longer have cravings for sweets and fast food.

I have tried many so called metabolism boosters and weight loss tablets, slimming gums seem to be very good at the moment!!!! The first week I didn't lose any weight, but obviously it must be getting into the body. The 2nd week I lost 3kg, the 3rd week I lost 2.5kg as I eat clean and do very little exercise as I am struggling with a bad back at the moment. My only advice is to eat something (breakfast) before taking the gummy bears so you don't suppress your real hunger instead of your appetite.

When taking these remember to have a healthy diet so no crisp, Coke or other fizzy drinks, chocolate and anything else that is unhealthy for you, and replace them with high-protein foods and the other stuff your body needs to repair itself with. Also remember DRINK LOTS OF WATER at least 8 glasses a day.

I gave it 5 stars because I honestly think it makes a difference whether it just motivates you or gives you that boost you need, but remember if your not going to put the effort in than don't both as it will be a waste of your money.

These SG gummies DO NOT work 3weeks in and gained 4lbs even though eating less and exercising more, total waste of £85 for 2 bottles, people should be made aware these things are rubbish

I think this supplement is of good quality and in my opinion contains a good range of ingredients, vitamins and minerals. While I feel like they are working, not as quickly as I had hoped, but that's probably due to user error and because I did something wrong, like eating too much. They don't leave a horrible aftertaste, nor is there an unpleasant smell to contend with, which is a bonus. Since using them I haven't had any unwanted side effects and I feel like they are working. They offer additional benefits to my health, so I will continue to take them. It's handy that they come in the tub because I can store them so edasily. I think it's very good value for money and I definitely recommend them as I haven't had any problems.

I'm generally quite a sceptical person by nature, as I suppose most people are when they go into the review section. We want to know, do these actually work?Looking at previous reviews it seems to be a mixed bag, for some people they work great, for others a useless waste of money. I have to say, in the two weeks I've been taking them, that they appear to be having a positive effect on me (and the scales). So far I've been taking one in the morning and one a while after lunch. I've been taking them with food. The appetite suppressant effect has been really noticeable, I would be one to nibble at rubbish while I'm working but there's been none of that lately, I eat breakfast take a gummy and I'm good till lunchtime (when the gummy wears off though I find myself absolutely starving so it's good to have a proper meal lined up). I also feel the need to drink more water, something i always struggled with. As for the weight, I try to walk a few Km at least 1-2 nights a week, which isn't the most strenuous exercise but I've noticed the scales steadily moving downwards instead of that up and down fluctuation you typically get, which in itself is motivational.To sum up, these gummies seem to be providing a positive effect when combined with exercise, while helping cut down on some of the cravings that make weight loss difficult. Thought it might be worth a try to get a little more motivation. And let's face it, this is the tastiest fat burner you can get! 😁

These gummy bears taste fruity. I chose them because they stimulate both appetite and fat burning. Today is day nine and my appetite has increased significantly. I've also noticed that my jeans are fitting a little looser. Of course, this may be wishful thinking or a direct result of my tension. However, I have high hopes that this will help me. I will report back in a few weeks.

I have started my weight loss journey by taking 1 gummy every day for the first week and increased to 2 the following week. I’m a night shift worker and forgot my supplements at work so I decided to try these because they are such a treat and I can say it was the best thing to do. On my days off I sleep well and I am full of energy at work with no cravings for snacks and sweets.. I am now in the third week and do not exercise.

Let's start off with the product is brilliant. No questions asked. But when I received the parcel, the package was ripped (at least the tin was still sealed). Not at all happy with this but will definitely buy this product again.

I’ve been using slimming gummies for 3 month now and honestly it has been the best fat burner thus far. I take one to two gummies prior to lunch and it gives me the boost that I need and takes away the fatigue. I generally drink gallons of water but if you don’t, make sure you stay hydrated and drink plenty when you take these. All was well with my order! Superb delivery and product!

I use this product and it’s very good but my product came today the seal was already open..Why?? I was very disappointed. I really hope the new one is sealed!!

Quality dietary supplement for weight loss!! tried a slimming supplement before so it’s the best of any i tried. I am very happy with the results, i definitely cut up quicker than if i hadn’t been using them. You have one gummy in the morning and another with your lunch (so if you’re at all pill phobic these might be great for you) and drink a load of water! Don't forger eat clean and do some exercise and you will get great results . Slimming Gummies use a combination of various vitamins as the key fat loss ingredients and it works well. It is a powerful kick so if you can time one of your doses before a workout that’s even better .Recommended!

This supplement does seem to work, and I'm impressed so far. At first I wasn't so sure about these because they're still gummy bears :) They smell a little funny but have no taste at all.

They recommend starting with two gummy bears, which is what I did. But then I reduced it to 1 and that seems to work great for me.

I'm very happy with them and impressed with how well they seem to work. It's too early to tell how well these work, so I've only given them 4 stars for now. But if they continue to perform well, I will not only come back and order another bottle, but I will also update this review and give this product 5 stars.
