These are easy to swallow and no strong flavour. Alongside eating well I have lost weight but they are quite expensive

You must make sure to drink plenty of water (at least 2 liters) and it won't work wonders if you don't adjust your diet I.e to reduce at least some of your current carb intake.

So the product arrived quickly and I tried it out. I broke my leg in April and bought these as I didn't want to gain weight while lying down for several weeks. I was surprised that I actually lost a lot of weight. I was just trying to compensate by swapping the gym for the sofa.

It definitely works if you use it regularly
