best product, for what is does, on the market...love it

I didn't get my Slimware antivirus download I paid for on 02/06/2019.

My computers are extremely important to me! I don't care for intrusive software nor misleading software! I would not set forth to order in "Slimware" software!

It's my first time to try Slimware for tech support on my laptop not just in installing a Media Player (VLC Media Player) but also in cleaning the computer from "bugs." Mick helped me on the first day. Then due to other glitches, on the second day, it was Roze who worked on it thoroughly to facilitate the speed and make it efficiently operate. The service was immediate and excellent. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Distance was not a problem in doing the tech work. Thanks a lot. I will surely recommend it to others.

I felt pressured to buy other services and when I said no what I bought was not started. I had to muddle through on my own. I only hope I did it correctly.

Slimware Utilities was very thorough in its examination of my Lenovo computer.

I no longer needed Slimware and customer service refunded my purchase price without a problem.

I continue to have issues with the program when it goes to "optimize". It seems to get stuck at that spot every time that I use it. I have requested that someone call me about it at 410-320-5016, but have not had a response. Other than that , I am fine with the program.

I did a $19.99 deal for driver update and when connected with "Gabi" she showed where it was going to be $49.99 I said I wanted to stop because I didn't wasn't to do that. At this point they were inside my computer doing things. I continued to tell her to stop and she got very smart alec saying she wasn't doing anything, just chatting, what was I going to do with my slow computer etc. At this point I finally hit the red X AND IT STOPPED
This was a very misleading ad and I feel like they were scammers and hackers. My credit card was charged &19.99 and I want a refund

I am only giving them a 4 star rating because I needed help to get the program loaded. Otherwise, it would have been a 5 rating.

Constant harassment, and difficulty in seeing if I have renewed.

Does not seem to be a bad product but was to be .99 cents a month for 60 months but yet charged me 59.97 all at once. So as for honest advertising I hope they hold up there end of the bargain

Being a not to familiarize computer operator, computer illiterate user the system helped me thru some of my systems. I give it a satisfactory rating of use. Thank You!!

Finally I am able to understand what slimware is, what drivers are, and I have premium support. With all that said and done now I'm happy thank you
