Customer Service was responsive and comforting. I will return to their website when considering the purchase of other software. I was treated well with very little friction. That was,- and is,- deeply appreciated. Thank you Slimware Utilities!!!

the product might be ok but to many pop up wanting you to buy other product I will cancel when my years is up haven't seen anything different with my pc.

The program works quite well and I'm very happy with the functions. The only problem I've had with the company is they sent me renewal e-mails after I had already renewed. Otherwise, I would recommend the program to anyone with a PC.

Downloads were easy to install and help was readily available.

Felt the technician who worked on my system was very courteous, knowledgeable and was willing to answer any questions I had.

It did not speed up my computer. In fact, it slowed it down!

Very pushy in selling their product. Did not listen to what I was saying. Just kept repeating their sales spiel. When they supposedly tuned my pc there was no noticeable difference.

1 star: Bad – unacceptable experience, unreasonable and rude conduct.

I need to contact someone at Slimware because my key has not worked and I am paying for something that doesn't. I will contact them to hopefully rectify this

Drivers don't update and customer service is no help!

I wasn't really impressed with how slimware tried to help me with my purchased product. And then they charged me immediately!

It caused problems on my computer and had to take off.
Would like money refunded!

They were not honest in dealings offered $19.95 to update driver, then let me know I'd have to spend $59.95 for a specialist to look into why wouldn't entirely update. Not impressed will not renew will go back to original plan with guru locally cheaper than $59.95 too!!! Like my mama says, "You get what you pay for." Meaning this wasn't even worth the $19.95.

I thought you all were really gonna make my computer's performance better, well you didn't! Seems to be just another scam to get money and our credit card info. Please erase all my information because my computer status is still the same and slow as ever. Thanks for screwing me over. Eventually I will post my opinion and a video of the not so wonderful maintain you all did on my computer!

I tried to update my drivers and your stupid thing got stuck on my laptop and I have tried shutting down my laptop -clicking the X and everything I can and it won't get off of my screen and it is useless to clean up my drivers or anything because it doesn't work ----get it off

Thanks to their tech support, my new laptop is now set up properly. I did not know how to clean it up and down load the updates. It took the tech about 3 hours to set it up! I was very satisfied with the results.

Program keeps crashing my machine. When not locked it makes my laptop run very slow.
