My order didn't arrive at all

My order didn't arrive at all, not even 1month after the expected date (06/10/2023) and they won't give me a refund.
This site doesn't offer ANY way to track your shipment, just the fact that they have "sent it to you", so they'll claim that the order was sent but you'll have no way to track it.
Such a scam

Delivery time was twice as long as they claimed, the package came too late so I don't need it anymore.

Their web page won't show negative feedback

Their web page won't let negative comments get trough.
I orded in good time and got the wrong color. I sent an email spesifiing that I needed it before Christmas, and was asked to return so that they would send a new one right away. Didn't get it in time (used 11 days, 7 work days instead of the promised 3-5 work days)
But the biggest problem is that the comments I have tried to publish on there side won't go through, giving new costumers the wrong impression of them.

DON'T BUY HERE!

DON'T BUY HERE!
I ordered a handkerchief/pocket square (with some other stuff) and got the wrong 1.
After getting in touch with this company they said they would send me a new 1 in time for when i needed it.
I DIDN'T GET IT IN TIME, and now have no need for it.
But they won't refund me the money for the item i have no need, because they want me 2 send it back first. which would cost me the same (if not more) to return. So now i've payed for an item i have no need or can't get a refund from.
So unless you potentionally wanna end in the same situation, don't buy anything here.
