I paid for my name to be engraved but I didn't receive it and I ordered purple glasses separately but they came in black and when I tried to contact them to return my shipment it was refused because the glasses had been engraved

I bought two leather and stone bracelets. The magnets in the fastening system fell off, the next day, both of them. What a piece of junk.

Very satisfying product and service

Evri lost my parcel that was a Christmas gift, and after speaking to trendhim about the situation shipped out a replacement with express delivery. Will shop here again.

I spent just about $80 for a men’s gold color with freshwater Pearls bracelet for my man for Christmas. The chain AND pearls feel like complete plastic, the Pearls itself look so fake, they are wrinkled almost like they are coated with something, there’s complete holes through a few of them (I’m guessing was supposed to be for the string) but they were enclosed with something clear, so you can see the holes in the pearls but the plastic coating closes the top of the holes and then other separate holes where used to string the strings through. If this review would let me post a picture of it, I would. He’s been wanting a pearl bracelet and I’m sure he’s going to be very disappointed when he opens this for Christmas. I recommend spending the $80+ at an actual jewelry store that’s authentic.

I placed an order for a belt and a watch strap with Trendhim on 07.10.25 which I recieved today (09.10.25).

The order was shipped quickly and well packaged.

Upon opening the package and inspecting the items, I was unhappy with the belt, and found the watch strap was damaged (The tail side strap had been dented by the buckle inside the paper packaging).

I went to Trendhim's website to start a return and found that they charge customers a 39DKK "return fee" to return goods, but this fee is waved for exchanges. So I emailed customer service and asked whether they would wave the return fee in this instance as my return is both an exchange and a refund, and would be shipped with the same shipping label.

About an hour later I recieved a slightly confusing response from a customer service agent, who apologised for the damaged item and explained that:
"This type of dent usually occurs when the strap is worn too tightly for an extended period".
They offered me a 15% discount (22 DKK) to keep the watch strap, and stated that I could return the belt but to "Please note that the standard return fee of 39 DKK will apply to this return, as the belt is not damaged".

I think charging this fee is unreasonable; and as Trendhim were unwilling to compromise on this I have therefore chosen to return both items.

I am dissatisfied with this outcome and with my experience overall. This is only my second time shopping with Trendhim but I think it's safe to say I probably won't be shopping with them again in the future.

Update 1:

Trendhim have responded to my return with a long email of completely irrelevant information from their “AI Assistant”, which claims I will recieve a shipping label but it has not appeared.

I don’t believe anybody would choose to speak to an AI chatbot instead of a person when they are contacting customer service. I certainly don’t want to.

This has done nothing to improve my negative opinion of Trendhim’s business practices.

Update 2:

After responding to the chatbot email and asking that my query be responded to by a person, I recieved a swift reply from another customer service agent, who explained that the return fee is charged to cover logistics costs but that they will refund the return fee in this instance as one of the items was damaged.

I will ship the items back today (10/10/25) and see if this happens.

Update 3:

Trendhim were true to their word and refunded the shipping amount on 17th October 2025. I have therefore increased the star rating of my review accordingly.

Incredibly misleading
I received an email saying that items were 30% off. This is fine as the item that I was after wasn’t in the offer.
What was misleading is that on the bottom of the line it stated that I have 15% cashback and £6 in cashback.
When trying to purchase the item neither the 15% off or the £6 was taken off.
I contacted customer service who advised that that the £6 had expired months ago.

They shouldn’t be advertising in their emails that customers have £6 when they don’t.

Trendhim have offered 10% as a resolution.
This has been reported to the ASA for false advertising

Received empty packages. No products inside. Very disappointed despite paid for express delivery ❌❌❌

Shipping was promised to be 2-3 days which is reasonable...
I've been waiting for a week so far and I still do not have my watch.
I would be fine with longer delivery time if I were notified of any delay or issue because I understand that international shipping may be tricky, but I was not.

Why promise something you can't keep?

Gorgeous products, received the 3 mens earrings I ordered for gifts, beautiful quality and a total bargain! Nice easy website to use. Items were shipped pretty quick from Denmark and kept me well updated with delivery details. Will definitely shop again.

This is now the second time I've ordered products from Trendhim and both have been delivered less than 24H after ordering online! Products are great quality! Competitors should be shaking :)
