The website was easy to navigate and I quickly found the correct batteries for my wife’s mobility scooter. Payment was straightforward and delivery was made the following day as advertised. The batteries were provided with the necessary bolts and washers to make secure connections. Excellent service all round.

Good selection of batteries for my wife’s Drive Scout mobility scooter and website easy to navigate. Batteries arrived the following day, unfortunately we were not in and the delivery driver was not able to leave them because he needed a signature so we actually received them the following day. Batteries were installed without any problems and performing well at the moment

Easy process to order, but no tracking information also I don’t have an account with them so that could be a factor. Batteries came well protected and fully charged over Easter holidays ordered Good Friday, delivered the following Wednesday. Ordered two 12v 50ah lithium batteries for my wife’s regatta Mreg.

New ones lasted 8 months and the cheaper ones 6 months

Terrible quality batteries. 2 x 50ah. I have worked on mobility scooters for over ten years and know my stuff. Batteries arrived and I fully tested them. Horrendous under load test. Unbelievably batteries were dated over two years old and been sitting on shelf. Contacted company and got the response everyone seems to when they complain. Your mobility scooter must be faulty. Absolute rubbish!!! When complained company blocked me on eBay. Thankfully eBay protected me and I got a refund. To think this company are dealing with the elderly and disabled. It’s disgusting. Also face up to your issues and take responsibility don’t just block people. So unprofessional
