SLNT let me down - Buyer Beware!

I ordered a Faraday Key Fob Bag - 2 Pack Bundle x1 in Charcoal Grey. I did not receive the 2 Pack Bundle (ie: 2 Faraday Key Fob Bags). I only received 1 Faraday Key Fob Bag. I have contacted the company twice via their support email, explaining the issue and hoping for the second Faraday Key Fob Bag to be sent, but have received no reply. I spent $92.00 plus shipping costs of $32.42 (total $124.42 AUD). I would have at least expected their support team to respond. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.
