A total scam when I say stay away from this casino you’ve been fore warned. SCAMMERS IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE. Please do not let them take your money. 1st I don't know where I seen the ad for this casino. But it was claiming to be Caesars Virginia. In the Google play store. That's what it said on the icon once you installed it. I won and wanted to withdrawal. That's how I realize it was Slot of Vegas and by now it's no longer on the good play store and the icon on my phone now take you to whole another site. Called Casino Cafe. I had to provide personal information to get my withdrawal request in . To notice that it was declined couple of days later. Now it been approved by the manager week ago and I still haven't gotten my money yet.

So I won a jackpot of $4500. Played the playthrough and then tried to withdraw. They gave me the runaround. Then the withdraw team sent me a notice . They said they confiscated $5000 of winnings because after winning the money I played a progressive slot. So their resolution for loosing $500 on a progressive was to take all my winnings from legitimate slots. Make no mistake this is a scam.

This website is a SCAM as I now see many others have reported.After waiting 11 days for a withdrawal my withdrawal was denied and I was told I had a remaining play through balance. My account shows 0 as my play through balance. After bringing that to the representatives attention he then listed more reasons for the denial. They will take your money no problem but if you win and have a bunch of money this is how they will make you jump through hoops

1. Have abnormal banking questions that aren’t required / your bank probably doesn’t have for a wire transfer

2. If you argue with them they just give you every excuse in the book until eventually they will say “we will do a 1 time crypto $500 transfer” which you could of won a million dollars that’s all you’ll get.

3. For the crypto transfer it’ll be pending for 3-8 weeks and then get canceled and they will say you didn’t complete your play through if you go and play more with it and hit the amount they said you need to spend with it and resend it they will then hit you with the same answer but a higher play through number.

4. After arguing and threatening lawyer they actually closed my account which honestly probably the best out come to have my account removed from their bullshit site.

My cash has been approved and everything and now you telling me I can't get my phones due to some Bank stuff I need to send but I won the money I'll spend in which I had went over there threshold in one. They stole my $2500 after I already cashed out. I was told I did everything right all the way through my withdrawal. But instead of sending me my check, they put it back into my account while I was playing other games that I made additional deposits for. The claim this mixed my funds and therefore confiscated my $2500. They stole my legitimately made winnings. They need to pay me what they owe me. After I cashed out, that money is no longer theirs to do what they want. It's mine. They stole it. They need to pay me $2500.00. I hope they get shut down. Total scam.

I withdraw on 10/6/25 and still have not received my money. Too much process and delay, I played other online casino and payout was great received payout 1-3 days, here is been over a month and they said another 7-10 business days to process and addition time to get the payments. I won and it took months just to get my bank approved in order to accept money. I requested payment and now they say there has not been enough activity with my bank account and it might look suspicious if they deposit the money so it was denied. YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR WINNINGS. Scammers. They won't let you delete your personal info. You can only delete the app but they keep your info. Spent 45 min with their chat guy who can't comprehend English and just wanted my time. Very fearful these people have my personal info. Thought it was legit because it came over as Hard Rock Casino but it's not.
