The absolute worst casino ever. I have been waiting almost 2 weeks and had to upload my verification documents 6 times and then they made me make a deposit before I could finish the verification process. Now its been 2 days since my withdraw got approved and I still have not received the money they said it is done in batches so it can take up to 5 days. SCAM SCAM SCAM

This sight is ridiculous I will not recommend this casino side to any of my friends or anybody that I know I warn you do not play at this site I have not been paid out yet I'm withdrawal hasn't even been approved and it's been 12 days now they have to escalate it and I didn't even win anything, I literally won $2 more than I deposited I will not ever recommend this casino to anybody even if I hate them.

They keep on redepositing my winnings in my SOV account hoping that I spend it. I won smaller amount 6 months and was eventually paid but this time, they are making every excuse to not pay me

This site is a fraud. I uploaded the requested documents during the cash out process and then the ask for a copy of my bank statement and utility bill. WTF does that have to do with anything after I provided an ID and verification they asked for. This is a phishing site. My debit card was hacked 3 times since I joined this app. They owe me $200 and I'll never see a dime after wasting a couple of thousand.

Scam I had $400 I won, when I went to withdraw it said $0 balance to withdraw but showed I had $400!! Don't bother with this company.
*Update- I just checked my bank account and they charged me $9.20 to add money. It says it's $5.00 on the site. Stealing company.

Update they said they were going to give me 500 in bitcoin but never did, they do not pay out, don't waste your money! Trust fanduel or hard rock, they're legit, slots for Vegas are not!!!

Scam! I will be requesting an investigation into this site. I will also look for other users to place a Class Action Lawsuit against them for failure to payout, requesting information for purposes to commit fraud, false advertising and anything else they find!!

HUGE SCAM, THEY NEED SHTDOWN

Takes forever to get paid! They have alot of excuses why its taking so long. They want you to give up the wait to get paid and use your winnings. If you go back and cash out to play the prosses starts over.

I feel like this site is a scam. Each time I have tried to get a payout or withdraw money there are excuses why it can not be paid, everything from the money came from a tournament win or free spins to we do not have all the needed documents and the bank account can not work with this payout even though my bank does to international wire transfers. I'm done, there's plenty of free online slots to play if you never want to get paid. I've had multiple times I've tried to withdraw winnings and have never been able to get paid, however they have no issue taking money.

Avoid at ALL COSTS. This is 100% a scam, I won over 4k dollars and they refuse to transfer the winnings. No matter how many different banks you provide they will continue to deny the transfer. The VIP host they assign will repeatedly lie through their teeth saying that the funds will be available and transferred once you provide them with different bank information and proof. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID! A class action suit needs to be opened against this fraud.

Seems everyone is having the same problem. I won $4500 it did take almost 2 months to receive my winnings .You have to send the proper documents and eventually you will get paid you just have to stay on top of it

This company will find a away to not pay out or tell you that you did not satisfy play through when it tell you the play through you have left. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE.

This updates my Sept. 12, 2025 post.
They told me I could not withdraw more than $2,500 per check. I was trying to withdraw $8,000. All play throughs were done.
I submitted 2 check requests only to be told they no longer do checks. But website for withdrawals has an option for checks.
Their terms provide for withdrawal payments to be made in the same manner as deposits had been made, but they declined crediting the debit card I used.
Then I sent wire instructions for a brokerage checking account in my individual name only to be told the wire had to be to an individual account and my brokerage routes wires through its corporate account in all situations.
Couldn’t use my usual checking account as it is in joint name and was rejected as not being only in my name.
I opened a new checking account and waited a month and provided complete wiring instructions and a pdf of my monthly bank statement.
For the past month they have claimed, wrongly, that my bank statement is a “summary”. In the statement is a “summary” section, but they keep rejecting the bank statement as if on autopilot.
They are just wrong and continuously change the “rules” or just plain lie to you about what their “financial team” needs.
Run, do not walk, away from these crooks!!!

This is the most rediculous excuse for a site. Don't deposit any money here is you ever want to see it again. Even if you do win, you get sent through a gauntlet of verification hurdles that are designed to make you just give up. They literally asked for a photo of the card used to deposit. Who does that? These guys are scammers who don't pay when you win.
