I purchased a king size uno numero organic cotton bed 4yrs ago and 3months ago noticed a hump down the middle of the bed. The manufacturer repaired it but 3months later the same thing has happened and they want to repair it again, will they keep repairing until the warranty runs out? This bed only maintains one temperature and its HOT, ive always used electric blankets but no need to with this bed, it is ridiculously hot.
No sagging borders? My side is sagging, im only 60kgs.
Dealing with the retailer and manufacturer has been difficult.

I purchased a spine supporter double bed and couldn't use the bed for eight weeks because of the strong overpowering chemical smells the mattress was giving off .Then within 2years there is a noticeable sag in the middle of the mattress Turning the mattress from head to toe weekly did not prevent this occurring I would not recommend this brand.

I brought a back supporter mattress on the advice of the slumber zone customer service and a sales man. My one criteria was that it needed to not be a hot bed. I was told their special cooling technology keeps the heat away. I brought the bed online as there aren't much options here and i sounded perfect. First impressions are that its not a particularly comfortable matress especially for its price. Ive had it about 6 weeks now, it is winter and alot of nights i wake up sweating or just super hot. Its like the mattress stores up body heat, its awful. The main reason for the bad review is when i put a review on their web page, twice they just havnt accepted it so the only review is a great one.
