I never received my package due to an error at the DPD parcel service. I have already sent two emails to Smallable regarding this. I sent the first one ten days ago. I still have not received a reply. Nor has a new package been sent or a refund issued. Very disappointing.

Along awaited time for the chairs ordered but they are exceptional, beautifully made products.

I ordered four childrens items; 2 short sets and 2 dresses. I did not know that I would have to pay $86 dollars extra to have my pkg delivered for the tariff. Then, when the package arrived, one of the dresses was dirty as if it was dragged on the floor with black streaks down the front. Because it was a birthday gift, I took it to the cleaners and re attached the tag which added another $10 to the cost of the dress. I love the childrens clothing at your store but I simply can not waste money like that.

I searched for a long time looking for a planter to use indoors in my kitchen. With the help of Pinterest, I found the perfect planter: a glossy, dark green round planter, no taller than 9". The dark green of the planter was an exact match with 2 small table lamps I've had for years that are dark green. Smallable (a UK store) had exactly what I wanted. It's called the Double Funky planter by Present Time, $52USD (39 pounds UK). The cylindrical glossy vase sits on 3 beige ball feet which adds to the design. The VAT was $22, but I was willing to pay up to $75 for the planter. It was shipped very promptly, via DHL, to the U.S. When it came into the airport from UK, I got a notice from DHL that I had to pay an extra $46 for customs. I did not expect such a high charge but paid it. I love the planter and do not regret paying an extra $46 for it, although I would have been more pleased if that charge was not so high.
Prompt service and no hidden charges. A pleasure to deal with.
Product broke within minutes of opening and it's taken weeks without any resolution.

I received a separate invoice after my delivery from customs that was almost as much as my order itself. I had when I placed my order I would have to pay extra.

Extremely disappointing experience.
My original order (XXXXX405) never arrived and was returned to Smallable without explanation — I had to chase customer service just to have it resent.
When it finally arrived, the item was incomplete. I ordered a Bonpoint dress sold as a set with bloomers, but the bloomers were missing.
Customer service agent Ankara then incorrectly told me the website image was a “misrepresentation” and that the item was not meant to include bloomers. This was false — Bonpoint themselves confirmed it is sold as a complete set. So I was lied to.
The return process has been equally frustrating. I was initially expected to pay for return shipping despite this being entirely their mistake, and the VAT refund process is complicated and delayed.
Overall: poor service, misinformation, and zero accountability.
Would not recommend.

My experience has been great. They reply promptly to email, the parcel reached us in a very short time and their products are great. My daughter loves her karaoke set, not sure my ears love it as much 😊
I never received my package it was sent back to you. And did not receive my refund yet. I wrote two emails and never received a reaction. Very disappointing.

I had a very disappointing experience with Smallable.
While the products are nice, the overall customer experience was not at the level you would expect for a premium retailer. After placing my order, I was unexpectedly charged an additional $45.86 in customs duties and DHL fees to receive my package. This was not clearly communicated at checkout, and it significantly increased the total cost.
On top of that, the delivery process was inconvenient — my package was held at customs, and I had to log into DHL myself to resolve the issue and pay additional fees before it could be released.
Between the lack of transparency on duties and the extra steps required to receive my order, this was a frustrating experience. I would strongly recommend that Smallable clearly inform customers in advance about potential extra charges and improve the overall delivery process.
Unfortunately, I would think twice before ordering again.
