I'd give this company a zero stars if it existed! On November 11, 2024 I learned of this company through a contact number on the T-Fal website (Authorized Dealer List) and contacted them. A lady answered the call and after I told her what I was looking for, she sent me an email with a link to place the order. I placed the order through the link and never heard back from them despite calling every week for 2 1/2 months. The receipt I was sent via email stated that my credit card would reflect a charge form Turnpike Appliance/SmallAppliance.com. Never got through Small Appliance but I did get through Turnpike Appliance via phone and ordered my part. T-Fal should review their Dealer Listing to ensure there a no rats aboard their ship!

They take orders, phone number always says not open on Friday and doesn't go through no matter what day of the week it is, emails bounce back and they charge doubt do not fulfill orders. Can't reach company at all after months of waiting for order. Will be contacting cc company for reimbursement as fraudulent charge.

Not happy with this company! First, their site randomly works. The home page loads, then no matter what you click to go to the next link it says, "this site can't be reached". Second, I placed an order on 11/4 and was told I would recieve an email. It is now the 19th; no email, no product received. Third, I called their customer service line, multiple times over the last week, and today the 19th. A recording answers and says they are open M-TH 9AM to 3PM est. Today, the 19th, is Wednesday at 10:09AM cst. NOT OPEN! They have charged my card for the product. This place is the only replacement company for many name brand companies, so if I want my part, I have to live with the bad service and maybe get it at some future date. Well smallappliance.com you have yourself a Happy Thanksgiving, since ours will be ruined because I cannot get the parts I need for my @TFAL Deep Fryer.

I placed an order on 3/3/23 for a replacement jar for a Krups blender. In May, 2023 I was told it was delayed. It is now March, 2025 and numerous emails and calls have gone unanswered. No Krups jar, no refund, no communication. Terrible company.
Terrible customer service
Terrible. Non existent customer service. I paid 120$ for a crock pot liner and returned it and only got 60$ back because they claimed it was 30$ to ship to and from my house. I had to open a dispute on PayPal and am still struggling to get a refund

Hard to find part delivered as promised
I've been looking for a pressure cooker gasket and finally found it here. The correct part arrived about a week later. They provided a tracking number when the part was shipped. I'm happy with my purchase.

No notification of shipping, no notification that this was a back order item. No response to repeated emails about my order status. If I would have read the reviews beforehand I would not have used this company. Very poor customer service. No way to cancel order, is that even legal? They state that orders go out within 48 hours, not in this case, obviously.

If I had known about Smallappliance.com (Oceanside, NY) before ordering from Amazon, I would have gotten the identical pan for $18 less than at Amazon, had it delivered by the same seller, in the same amount of time. I would encourage more people to purchase directly from Smallappliance.com for any of their older appliances that need original manufacturer replacement parts.

BEWARE!!! ELIZABETH - their customer service representative - provides TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. She is a bully..... masquerading as a customer service representative.
I placed Order # 2584835 on March 30, 2023. I called almost 4 weeks later and was told that the parts I ordered had been back ordered and would arrive in their warehouse the next week. Three weeks later, I still never heard from this company re: my order.
I just called the company and had an angry, heated exchange with Elizabeth – the “customer service” representative. They probably know this, Elizabeth is NOT a skilled listener! Obviously, her talent is talking over and through customers. Her curt, discourteous, totally unsympathetic, lecturing, icy manner is not at all helpful in helping or calming customers. While waiting for the service call, the company's recorded voice over announces that their staff is “professionally-trained.” I wonder if Elizabeth, in fact, has been trained in the disrespectful manner in which she treats customers or if she actually represents the “professional” culture of your company. If she treats other customers in the same brusque manner that she treated me, other customers are coming away with the same poor view of this company. She talked over me, and through me and would not give me an opportunity to speak. Her manner is fast and furious. I admit I was horribly rude to her. Our conversation was equal in our rudeness.
She informed me that my order would be in their warehouse the next week. I was offered the same promise weeks before. I KNOW that “supply chain” issues are the current state of business these days. But I also know what good customer service feels like. If I had received email communications from this company, updating the prolonged status of my order, I would not have been so angry. Combining the fact that there was NO communication about the status of my order with a rude, condescending employee, I was angry.
My story ends with the fact that Elizabeth cancelled my order. I sent emails to the company and have heard nothing in return. No communications come from this company!! That suggests to me that the management knows that they have overall communication problems and terrible customer service problems... and are not willing to do anything about it. My comments will probably go nowhere and change nothing in how your company deals with its customers. Elizabeth and this company will probably go on doing what they do. I am disappointed, annoyed, misinformed and mistreated.

Buyer Beware!
I ordered a replacement blade for my Cuisinart Chopper over the phone and provided my mailing address along with my email and never received a shipping confirmation. 3 weeks later I contacted Maria who had taken my order and told her I had not received a shipping confirmation. She claimed that she emailed the confirmation and that the item had been shipped. I requested the tracking number and noticed that the item was in transit back to the store. I reached out to Maria who said that I did not give her my apartment number and that she would contact the post office to add my apartment number. Two weeks went by so I called Maria again who told me the package had been returned and that she would reship my item. Another two weeks went by, I emailed the company and did not receive a reply. I called Maria to ask what was going on and she said that a refund has been issued and that there would be an additional fee to ship my item because I provided an incomplete address. I told her I had provided my full address and that it was not my fault if she did not write it correctly, she was extremely rude and condescending, she told me to order from another company and hung up on me. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this second-rate company. UPDATE: Small Appliance conducts fraudulent practices. Maria from customer service told me that a refund was processed for the item I never received. I checked with my credit card and Maria did not issue the full refund. I am reporting the company to Visa and the Better Business Bureau. Not only did Maria give me the runaround for nearly 2 months but flat out lied to me multiple times. By the look of all the reviews I read I'm not the only one who has been scammed.

I spoke to Maria today who stated the my order had been delivered. I never received it. She said it was delivered to a white house with black windows. We have many of those around here. Told me to go search the neighborhood for it. She then proceded to tell me I was a "fraudulent customer" so she didn't have to deal with me. All in all, horrible customer service. And finally I asked Maria to send me am email stating the disposition of my order, proof it was delivered. She did not. Just terrible customer service. Worst that I can remember.

Exact same as the other review: ordered a part for my coffee maker, after a week i tried emailing for a status update but immediately received a response in all caps about how they don't check emails.
I tried calling.
My call was answered by the rudest lady I e ever met. She couldn't fathom how I wouldn't want to wait months to be able to make coffee again. I eventually told her to cancel the order and she yelled FINE at me and hung up. I guess I need to file a dispute with PayPal now because I trust her less than my broken coffee maker.
