Not very soft at all!
This hay is not the softest on the market,not worth the price at all. I've tired all this company's hay and all the hay on the market. Their regular 3rd cut has been softer and greener in the past by far. Don't waste your money.

I have never had even one issue in that time and have always been able to easily manage my subscription, as frequently I need to skip or change dates. They are always very great with customer service, whether it was solving an issue or needing to cancel an order. The hay is top notch, and it’s priced well given the quality. They also have many different ways to be reminded of auto ship orders, or to have them processed immediately, such as text messages. It’s very convenient. Overall I strongly recommend them.

I love that my bunnies love your hay
I love that my bunnies love your hay. Only thing is one of my boxes had some green netting in there that was pulled out from the hay. Good thing I looked before giving them to my bunnies. I haven't seen another since then, but I will contact you guys to let you know. Overall I am happy with the service and product.
