Purchasing the products from Smalls is very easy to navigate, and the overall experience is very positive. I love that the delivery schedule can be adjusted easily, and I can pick the box size. The shipping was convenient, and the package was well packed with dry ice to ensure the freshness of the products. The individual food package can be easily opened. My cats love the wet food and the treat bag that came along in every delivery, and they have a clear improvement in their energy. They run around more and are more playful after consuming Smalls.

I’ve had nothing but a GREAT experience with Smalls! My cat is excited about his meals, I’m excited for empty bowls and a happy, healthy cat! Customer service is quick and helpful, delivery is always on time. My one and only suggestion would be to offer an App for users.

I can’t begin to tell you how your food has impacted my purr babies overall health and wellbeing. Our 15 year old was experiencing failing health. He lost 3 lbs and our vet was trying hard to determine what was going on. We started Smalls after his last 6 month visit and he was barely 7 lbs. When we brought him in a week ago he weighed 9 pounds ! His coat is full and shiny. He’s playing and grooming himself again. Thank you so very much for developing your products. Both Chuck and Bud are thriving!

We ordered a sample box which none of my three cats liked, and a full shipment was sent to me before they even got through the sample box. I guess that’s on me for not checking my email, but I did not want a full shipment. I just wanted the sample I must’ve missed that. All of the food is pate style, which is not a favorite in our house. Make chunks with gravy and they would be happy.

Overall, their food is of great quality and very nutritious for my cat. I would love to see the prices come down, so it was more affordable.

I have 3 cats, all of which have different specific dietary needs. My youngest, age 3, has a beef allergy. My middle kitty, age 5, was diagnosed with FIC in early 2022, which restricted him to only wet and rehydrated food and treats. My oldest, age 7, has acid reflux.

Prior to starting them on Smalls, we were just “getting by.” My youngest had a prescription diet that was a chore to get her to eat. My oldest was sluggish and lazy, but honestly, I thought that was just him, as he hadn’t been playful since he was a kitten. My middle cat with FIC was having occasional mild flare ups that were resolved with a week of gabapentin. Now, almost a year later, all three cats are thriving! My youngest loves her food, my oldest has become almost kitten like again, and my middle cat is in remission from FIC, which is almost unheard of! THANK YOU Smalls!!!! Please keep doing what you’re doing and put cats first !!

My female cat is 20 years old and I switched to Smalls for her health. She loves it and she has more energy now!!!

I ordered the trial package of Smalls cat food and explicitly requested the exclusion of any bird-type food. Nevertheless, I received Bird Nip treats, which my cats refused to consume, along with the food.

Furthermore, I did not consent to an auto-ship arrangement; however, the company enrolled me in this program without my approval. I reached out to customer service to request that they refrain from charging my credit card for the unwanted auto-ship, but they proceeded to charge me nonetheless. Consequently, I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charges.

This experience with the company has been exceedingly disappointing.

I love that this product is designed specifically for cats and their dietary needs. My cat is a very picky eater.
I am trying different things to get her to eat it. Once she is transitioned, I will order more smalls. I like that the smalls company is working with me to figure out what will work for my cat.

I have seen the changes in my two older cats, my kitten is even putting on healthy weight.

I appreciate the possibility to adjust my order and the timely shipping. The first boxes came well frozen, but the 3rd box had already started to thaw out.

auto ship lock down - auto ship is initiated 3 days after your sampler arrives. Its a trap as theres no realistic time to sample and cancel

I wasn't aware that the food had to be refrigerated immediately upon delivery so luckily someone was home. The box is obviously shipped with dry ice so it could wait a while but I don't recall having to be prepared for that delivery. Aside from that, my cat eased into the food and ate it. I appreciate this company's dedication to healthier cat food.

I really liked the food for my older cat (16yrs old). Because this one didn’t make her throw up as much. Now she was diagnosed with thyroid disease and is on a specific diet.

All the food is fresh. Aengus wakes me up earlier in the mornings anxiously waiting for his breakfast.
He has lost the weight he needed to lose and looks more muscular than ever before. Much more energetic

My cat preferred more liquid and more scent in his solid cat food. Also, since there are no preservatives in your product, it went bad before my cat could eat the full container. I recommend smaller easy to close containers. Thank you.
