I have worked with Jo Martin for almost 3 years now...employing her was one of the best business decisions I have made. She supports me mostly with the tasks I struggle with like marketing content creation, bookkeeping and other admin functions. I find her very intuitive to my needs and I rarely need to even ask her to do tasks, as they are already done! I joked with her yesterday at we are a dream team, but the truth is she’s a dream and she’s made me feel like I am part of a team.
If you are thinking you need help with some of your marketing or admin tasks I can’t recommend Jo highly enough.

I've been using Lisa now for several years. Lisa take the headache away for me with regards all paperwork including quotes and invoices.
I have to say that the social media posts that we have going out now as a company, are not only fantastic for the content but the feedback from clients is very positive.
We have recieved by far more work from these posts than the cost per month. Infact one lead will pay for a years worth of social media content.

We worked with Ali Martin for several years, only stepping away due to bringing the role in-house, and would give Ali 5*. Ali really cared about the work she did and often went above and beyond to complete a task.
The reason for giving 4* relates to some slow response times from SmartPA themselves, no reflection on Ali's work. I would highly recommend Ali to anyone needing Admin support.

I had a vital meeting to attend in Jo'Burg which required a lot of research and compilation of files and then found my passport had run out. Holly at SmartPA filled out the application forms, sorted the photos and even went to the passport office and collected it. Additionally she booked me on a Virgin flight in the perfect seat and fixed transport to Heathrow and collection from airport to hotel at the other end.

Terri has been an incredible SmartPA assistant for our family over the past 18 months. Her support has been invaluable in managing our busy work and home administrative tasks. Throughout our travels across Europe, the US, and Canada, as well as during our recent move to a new house and country, Terri has been there for us every step of the way. In particular, I have appreciated that Terri has used great judgment in assessing options on all fronts and hasn't just gone for the easy road of blindly following orders. I have trusted her as a "second me" and that has been so helpful. We couldn't have done any of this without her!

I have been working with Jo Martin for the last five years. She has been providing part time support for my small photography agency. With her back up I've been able to grow the business considerably. When she started with me she had no experience in the photography world and quickly picked up the relevant language, software and communications required to efficiently manage both clients and the photography team. We have used SmartPA for years for various projects from day-to-day administrative services to Customer Support. SmartPA continuously exceeds expectations and KPIs during times when our workload is heaviest and our team is spread thin - I could not recommend them more. Brooke and the team are so helpful and have selected a team folks who are really smart, capable, and eager to support in whatever they take on.

The South Downs Network is a voluntary network of voluntary organisations, a set up very difficult to keep organised. Yet Smart PA showed great flexibility and administrative ability keeping the network functioning well. As volunteers we do not keep regular hours and our skill in maintaining our administrative systems can be limited. Smart PA handled this very sympathetically and efficiently.

We have used SMARTPA for the last 12 months, Lisa Higgins has been our assigned PA and she quickly integrated herself into our team as if she was one of our employees. Her input has been critical in releasing the pressure on the senior management team. We are only leaving SMARTPA as we have grown quickly and now need a full time staff member running the office. Thanks to Lisa and we wish her every success

Poor experience. After several months of working with them, they kept making the same mistakes with their tasks. After raising this as a concern they said they would switch PAs but they never did. Finally, once you terminate the contract they still make you pay for 60 more days even if you don't use the service.

I want to give a shout out to Smart PA – they've been awesome! We've been working with them since October 2022, and they've seriously been a lifesaver/timesaver. The support we have received from them has made everything so much easier. Super professional and always on point. If you need some extra hands, I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Are chasing me for a debt but haven't provided 1 single invoice for the services they have provided & now want to instruct solicitors to chase the debt, naturally we will be getting out legal team involved aswell should they wish to pursue this

Very disappointing after a good start. This was an excellent company with very high quality executive PA's who enrol as associates. We could not have been happier to start with. Greed has got the better of SMART PA and I would avoid them at all costs now. The PA's with high standards have left in droves and the new intake doesn't have the experience or high standards to deliver on the contract you pay for as a customer. Some are outsourced from South Africa and quality again suffered, due to poor training. We still get automated emails (February 2024) saying our service has been suspended and to contact them to re-instate the service even though we formally terminated the contract in October 2023. That gives you just one example of how this company doesn't care, has no attention to detail and has no genuine relationship with its clients. They talk a good game but the only thing they do well is sending out invoices.
