Constant spam emails - breach of PECR 2003 - ICO need to regulate and sort these out - Email rules and blocking these doesn't stop the issue continuing

Reported to the ICO although I strongly doubt nothing will get done

Totally fed up with random emails offering CVs for roles I have NEVER had any interest in.
I have sent back; I have blocked emails, but my spam filter gets full up with them.

Spammy emails constantly. Don't even operate in your country so don't want to hire your fake recruits

Constantly spammed by them as well as their partner companies Henley Chase, Hunter Mason etc. They impersonate multiple people from the same email account. No amount of attempts to prevent unsolicited emails has worked. Email requests, unsubscribes as well as verbally asking, nothing helps. This is harassment!

I am receiving unsolicited emails that say “you received this email because you signed up to our website or made a purchase from us”. Absolute liars. I want no rubbish emails from anyone. They cannot use the excuse “someone in your firm signed up” as there is no-one else but me here. Do not trust these people under any circumstance.

Just applied for a job ans actually rung the company who said they have not advertised in over four years.

Dreadful amount of Spam deriving from Brett Jones @ Smart Recruitment. I have sought to unsubscribe many times without response or action. I would suggest this method of "marketing" which is misguided and without merit suggests this is a company worth avoiding.

Nothing but spam from a web site I have never subscribed to. Avoid at all costs.

Send multiple spam emails in a day. No unsubscribe link. Dodgy!
