Smart Connection Enhancement

As a regular customer of Smart Communications, I'm frustrated with the recent service disruption. My mobile data connection suddenly became unavailable due to a scheduled network enhancement. While I understand that such work is necessary for improving service quality, I received no prior notification about this — no SMS, email, or update via your app.

I've checked your official page, but there’s no announcement about this maintenance. As someone who relies on mobile data to work remotely, this lack of communication caused me to miss an important meeting.

Additionally, after reporting the issue, the agent I spoke with was patient and helpful, creating a ticket for my case. However, I received an email shortly after stating that support would respond within 120 hours (a whole week). This response time feels excessive, especially for a technical issue that impacts work.

I hope Smart can improve its communication around planned enhancements and provide more responsive support timelines.

SLOW, INTERRUPTED Data Connection

Very, VERY Slow Connection.
Slow data connection's been goin' on for WEEKS already. Just using Chrome and it already takes a lot of time to load. Other social media platforms can't even load an image or play a video. What's with this service? Been enduring this for weeks hoping for a change, yet no improvement is being done.

Giving free\upgraded data or service packages doesn't make up your very slow connection, Smart. Fix your service.

Utterly useless service

It is one of the worst services I have every encountered. Their network is regularly down in metro manila. Frequently no service or very very slow service. Most recently, I haven't been able to access my bank account for two weeks because their network doesn't bloody work. Absolute waste of money choosing this provider. They are utterly useless. Just thieves stealing your hard earned money but not even providing half the service they promise to provide.

they're good having some promos but…

they're good having some promos but it's unfair that it can be forward to other numbers and can't even redeem back the money in case that u don't need that load and the customer service through phone call before talking to the agents it's very hard for older once to use for and you can't even take a phone call anymore once you get wrong dial it's so awful!

The worst customer service answer the worst signal out of the 80 countries I have been to. Without a shadow of a doubt Smart are the worst company I have ever dealt with on every level. The worst signal the worst data the worst customer service. Avoid at all costs.

First of all ur internet is so slow and you increased the prices of your promo real quick. Like really? The unli data back then was only 199 which is worth paying with the slow internet even living in the city. But now it’s already 499 like what the heck??? Are u that corrupt? Do u even think that money is worth it in which u provide slow connection? Like what the hell. All your service offers increased like u think you have very better connection? I know we are not force to use your network but hell it sucks. I will understand the expensiveness if you have a very very very very fast connection to provide?!!!!!!!

Worst sim in the philippines

Worst sim in the philippines. Not only they scam you for your money the signal is bad. They had a unli data promo and they removed it today and made me registed on a unli 5g data that isnt even available on my sim which can only run LTE not only that didn't we register the sim with our information?? So they know where exactly we are right? So why would you let us register on a 5g unli data when 5g network isnt available in our location. I had the worse experience in smart with my internet randomly being cutted off / reseted signal connection. Being kicked out of my games due to unstable connection. Me and my parents been using smart but now im thinking of switching to globe due to this pathetic idea of them removing unli data promo then give us a "5g unli promo" that we cant use

Feel like overloaded network

I have used SMART on phone and using Smartbro.

The internet works great when you do not need it, but you get packet loss and disconnections when you actually need it.

It is as if their network is overloaded when you actually need the service.
