Could not return the purchase
Could not return the purchase as there was no sticker in the package, neither bar code sticker is available on web-site.
So was double disappointed that phone cover didn't fit my phone as promised (defect size) and after spending 2 days on pickup and unsuccessful dropin to post office, I lost all the money for the purchase

Not really happy with what happened.
I ordered a product but just to find out that the order was canceled the other day.
The reason beeing that the price was wrong in the system. And now I will have to wait arround a week to get the money back.

I'm sorry there was a pricing error on your order. We always try our best, but a system error had the price below our cost price of the product - we have taking measures to make sure it does not happen again.
We have NOT taking any money from your account, when you place an order online the bank will reserve the money, not withdraw them. we haave removed the reservation on your card when we found the error, but we have never taking any money from your account - this is illegal to do before you ship the product here in Denmark.

I have recently purchased a product from the website, the whole delivery took about 2 days in total. I had some questions on delivery and Louise from their customer support was able to help me almost immediately. :)
To my surprise, they put small snacks inside my package which adds on the customer experience and you can truly see that they DO CARE.
Overall I can really recommend this website! :)

The website is falsely advertising…
The website is falsely advertising TicWatch E2 compatible leather straps. The new TicWatch E2 uses 22mm straps and the advertised leather straps on the website are of size 20mm, not compatible with E2.
So, I wouldn't rely on the information provided on the website too much.
That said, I knew exactly what I was looking for and I purchased the correct strap and Smart.dk delivered the product fairly fast.
