This is a lovely application to create albums. Moreover the customer support is truly top class!

Paid for the software back in 2016 but they now decided not to update the version anymore for people who have bought the software only if you subscribe!

How ridiculous to not offer or find a way to just update the original software and not make old customers have to subscribe to still use it when they bought the software for life.

I don't see how these companies think it's sustainable for freelancers to be able to pay for every software and thing they use on a monthly basis and still have money left to pay the bills. Wasn't happy with customer service as they did not have a solution for this and definitely won't be subscribing for the price that they are asking.

I have an account and I use smartalbum, after the first year of use I discover that it is self-renewing like a normal subscription, but my credit card used for the purchase has expired in the meantime and they block me, so far nothing strange... I ask for information and I find that there is no button to cancel the subscription... all very strange but never mind, if you don't pay, they block you and my account remains suspended for non-payment... I renew the card, and go back to the account, pay, the invoice is paid, but my account is blocked, the message reads: contact us and we will reactivate you, I contact them and I'm still waiting... I've been down for a month, I need it to finish a project... could I give more than one star?the answer is we can't renew your account because it was cancelled, you have to make a new subscription, but you can't do it since I paid and it's about sending a simple code to my email?my account is functional but it doesn't work, the invoice is issued but you pay it and it's worth nothing, you have to re-subscribe who knows only where and why..

Smart Gallery
Okay if you clients mostly dowload and view pictures from laptop or computer Pixellu is the best!
But if you clients use mobile soo this is a pain. Pixellu is not phone friendly. I use Pixellu gallery less than a month and already have complaints from my clients because they cannot even load pages with photos 😭 Support just answer me ' I' am afraid that Pixellu Galleries doesn't support mobile phones at this time"
Soooo... For now I have to think how I should share my galleries with clients who don't use laptop and want to download pictures on their phones

There is no way I could ever go back to designing albums from scratch in Adobe InDesign! SmartAlbums has made my life SO much easier by saving me hours upon hours of precious time. Designing the album alone takes only about 15-20 minutes, but I especially like the Cloud Proofing feature because its user-friendly features makes client revisions super simple. I love SmartAlbums!

I've tested a LOT of album building software and Smart Albums by Pixellu is simply the best. So straightforward and easy with lots of ability to create it exactly as you wish. I can design an album in just ten minutes!!!! It's incredible! The entire suite of software is really just a great tool in a professional photographers toolbox.

Absolutely couldn't live without this product as apart of my workflow!

I honestly don’t know what I would do without these tools. I would be completely lost. Before I discovered SmartSlides and SmartAlbums, I wasted so much time and energy trying to do those tasks (album design and creating slideshows) manually. Now I can get them done in under an hour each. It’s amazing.

Smart Slides is the simplest solution for making impactful image slideshows online. Slideshows used to be a task now they have become a fun activity that I look forward to.

This guys are doing a great job.
I was using another ways, and since I found them they made my life easier.
Their system is intuitive, easy to use, and above all beautiful.
My Slideshows look much more better now. And making Album is finally fun.

Awesome Products and company! I love using Pixellu for both slideshows and album designs. Both are easy to use and have helped streamline our processes. Album designs that could easily take a day are up and running in seconds and super easy to adjust. Great customer service and hands-on support.

Simple to use software and that produces very compelling photo slideshows! If there was a "copy photos" feature to use the same photos or mix and match without having to reload images every time, this would be a 5 star app. Lovely improvements from the launch to now. Highly recommend.
