Severely lacking in basic customer service and transparency
I placed an order with Smartambiente (order no. 32950) and promptly received an automated order confirmation. Unfortunately, that was the only efficient step in the entire process.
Following the confirmation, no further communication was provided regarding order processing, delivery status, or expected timelines. Despite two clear and polite follow‑up requests sent days later, no response was received.
For a company operating in cross‑border e‑commerce, the complete absence of customer care, transparency, and responsiveness is frankly unacceptable. Customers are left entirely in the dark, with no way of understanding whether an order is being processed at all.
I cannot recommend Smartambiente to anyone expecting minimum professional standards in order handling and customer communication.
