An truly amazing platform to transform your trading experience
The Smartcharts platform is very impressive, including ease of finding and placing structured trades with an automated emphasis on risk management. The education resources including both the recorded videos as well as the multiple daily market analysis videos are excellent and allow people to learn at their own pace as well as get extra reinforcement when required. Regular trades are posted by experienced traders that allow other users to analyse and understand how to find and manage trades. The platform has a number of AI search functions to assist in finding potential profitable trading scenarios from the unlimited positions that arise each day, saving the user the time of needing to scroll through hundreds of different charts.
The program is not a 'black box' solution that magically makes money - however, it is an amazingly powerful tool that enables new entrants into the market to successfully learn to trade rather than gamble. Like any tool though, no matter how good, it must be operated with discipline and education to maximise its benefit - follow those two principles and Smartcharts facilitates the path to your new life as a trader!

Clear Refund Right – Not Respected
For anyone considering this company, here’s my experience:
I requested a cancellation and full refund just 1.5 hours after payment—well within their stated 14-day cooling-off period, and before I even received confirmation or access to any service.
Instead of honouring that, they have delayed the refund and continued trying to persuade me to stay, rather than respecting a clear and valid cancellation request.
They also stated they would call me within 24 hours. That has not happened—hence this review being posted this afternoon.
At this point, I will be contacting my bank to initiate a chargeback.
Make of that what you will, but based on this experience, their handling of refunds and customer requests does not match what is outlined in their own terms.

SmartCharts makes trading simple, in that it creates a short list of currencies that are potentially ready to trade. I have found the training in SmartCharts to be very structured ans systematic. Ensuring you grasp the fundamentals before moving to more advanced analysis and strategies. 3 day launch into SmartCharts
The training set up was great very energetic, and informative. Apart from some interruptions, I believe the structure of showing trades needed to be a little more indepth for us beginners. Knowing what part of candles or OHLC to actually place charting tools and why ... I've done my own research now but found others questioning "this is too fast" "missed that can you repeat" but not watching the fast moving chat a few got flustered, questions on point not attended too. I sat and listened mostly to try and get past the clutter, swaping with speakers ... but loved the real time trading and hopeful that it becomes second nature to me too ... awesome having available mentors on line with us... I think explaining the marketing pitch a bit more indepth prior to seeing huge $$ deposit would have been better. Nothing comes for free right but some $$ figures take your breath away... thx so much for the introduction to trading very exciting ...

Smarter way to go in fx markets
So far lots of valuable information and technological support was straight on it and followed up with a call. I am only just starting the learning process in the markets properly but clearly smart charts and the training behind it all is first class. These people are the real traders and you get to trade with them and talk to them unlike all the other guru and fake traders out there. If you’re in the fx markets and want to learn to make money and not be scammed or taken for a ride this is the way to go. It’s not cheap but is reasonable and ten to one your profits will cover your cost. Book yourself a few hours at a seminar when there near you and off you go.
