Do not use this company they are a scam

Do not use this company they are a scam
I would strongly recommend not to use this company they are a scam I gave them £12000 at part of a payment under intense sales pitch. then my bank advised me that this is a possible scam not to pay them any more I took there advise and asked for a refund of the first payment but they have refused due to me attending a breakfast webinar that they had booked me onto and under the T’s and C’s this revoked the 14 day cooling of period. Even after receiving the refund refusal they are still calling me and emailing me for more money.
This is a complete scam. I wish I checked this company out before getting involved. I feel so strongly regarding this company I have reported them to action fraud. I am thankful that my bank stoped me giving them more money.

SmartsCharts - not worth the money!

Having chosen smartcharts as the tool to trade forex, I was reasonably satisfied by the process to onboard trading Forex. However fast forward 6 weeks, the honeymoon period seems to be over!

I have received exceptionally poor service from the support team after logging performance issues and glitches with the product. My last issue logged more than a week ago and still nobody has even reached out to find out what the problem is or how they can help.

Obviously food for thought is that when you need a reliable fast platform to trade, I am really reconsidering whether this is the right tool for the job.

My experience to date has been one of a grift for customers and then abandon them as soon as they have been secured. I would avoid and not go with smartcharts.

Paid for a year's subscription after watching GS's YouTube Channel.

If there is a long-standing, stable 45 degree trend, a couple of their 1:1 strategies (phase changer and trend wave) work more times than they fail. But that may be the same for randomly guessing with a 1:1 ratio, in the direction of the trend. And if there is no trend as described, stay away. You might as well toss a coin. Overall not very impressed. Spreads are far too wide with the only broker you can use. (Also owned by Greg Secker) which tips the odds in favour of losing rather than winning on any of the smaller timeframes. Have a look through the reviews here. All the positive ones were written on the same day, 3rd August! That should tell you something!
