How this company uses Trustpilot
See how their reviews and ratings are sourced, scored, and moderated.
Sitejabber is a criminal enterprise. They only allow (un-verified) negative reviews (denying all positive reviews - we had 100s denied) and then try to blackmail you into buying their premium "service" in order to receive positive reviews. Beyond predatory scam.

...until I had an experience with an actual scam website - MBenzGram.com. Trustpilot picked up on them posting a bunch of fake reviews, where they have a 2.2 star average and a warning label. On SiteJabber, the scam website has 4.35 stars and tons and tons of fake reviews that there seems to be no way to report or have taken down. Now I realize that TrustPilot is better.

Another scam website similar to a company that goes by Ye$p and unfortunately, they had defame your company end in name of “customers service” the ones that are defrauding legal small businesses.
So after some digging we found out that they somehow got a fraudulent grant from the National Science Foundation what a bunch of garbage. This is where we're going to start to complain and we're going to get to the bottom of this fraudulent grant that they got.
Secondly if you don't pay for their so-called services then your website and legitimate reviews Gets stifled.
A scam is a scam is a scam no matter which way you try to spin it sitejabber is a scam website.
Do not pay these ass-holes a dime.
keep stifling our reviews we're coming after your bull-$hits ass company for all the fraud that it has done.
The employees for this company please be aware and be warned you're working for a fraudulent company who defrauds small business.
you will only waste your time, dont try this website , you will only waste your time, dont try this website

SiteJabber was referring its visitors to a one star review of my website at the Better Business Bureau (BBB), which does not exist! My website has not been reviewed by the BBB. SiteJabber must be mistaking identity of someone else and unintentionally spreading false BBB rating, thus unintentionally defamating my website with an unintentional libelous claim or reference to a non-existent one-star BBB review. After I've contacted SiteJabber and asked to remove the erroneous reference they did not reply. UPDATE (November 2022): SiteJabber has updated my website review and therefore I upped my review of SiteJabber to 4 stars now.

This review site is a scam. I received a negative review that was totally untrue. I asked them to remove it and sent proof it was incorrect but they didn't want to know. I know of other business owners that have had fake negative reviews too and site jabber will only remove it if they pay. Also as soon as you start complaining they pay to get to the top of your businesses search results to try and panic you into paying up. Don't use.

I had an account on Sitejabber for almost a year. I had written 8 reviews and had 8 helpful votes. But then just a few weeks ago, I got shadow-banned—for no apparent reason. All my reviews were removed publicly, and became visible ONLY when I logged in.
I sent Sitejabber an e-mail asking why, but got NO response. So, just for an experiment, I sent them another e-mail (from another account) pretending to be a company manager who didn't like some negative reviews left for his company. And guess what? They RESPONDED! Here's part of their response:
"Thanks for reaching out!
"If you haven't already, I would claim your business profile by registering for a free business account . . . ."
So, if you're a business that's reporting a "problem," they care enough to respond. But if you're "just" a normal user and want to know why you got shadow-banned, they don't care.
Please stay away from this corrupt company! 🤮

Excellent site, was able to get a full refund from a terrible scam company in china called ‘light in the box’ After writing a review, how bad light in the box was. Not refunding when the goods have been sent back and very poor quality goods!
I received an email from them offering me a full refund. It took backward and forth with email for 3 weeks until I wrote a dissatisfaction review on sitejabber,
Thank you sitejabber keep up the good work!

Service is crap and what they offer isn't true. Reviews don't show up, they blame other apps even though they installed theirs and did the setup after any other app was signed up. My Dev has said that they are wrong anyway and that it's because they are reviews from our previous review company. They literally have NO idea what they are doing. They don't understand what e-commerce requires in regards to reviews. They have an extremely high turnover of staff and are not worth even close to the $3400 fee. They dont help you, they promise things that they dont understand let alone can provide. Wouldnt reccomend even if they were $100 for the year.

Absolutely terrible. They disallow reviews for certain companies..... I wonder if the companies that cannot get bad reviews paid them.........

I have been using Sitejabber site for almost a year now. I have been able to patronise great and quality brands/products from other people's honest review on the Sitejabber site. These reviews helped me in making informed decisions about which company to patronise and the ones to avoid. The Sitejabber site has really been helpful to my online shopping experience. They are doing a great job.

This company posts negative reviews and forces companies to pay to have them removed. Not only that, they are very, very, very biased and selective in what they allow to be posted in reviews on their site. I don't mean the basic rules are enforced here either, where your account gets blocked for something childish like cursing or insulting. I mean that if you post a completely honest and sincere review in a professional manner, they will remove it or flag it so that it is not publicly viewable if it doesn't fit their cause. They can, they will, and they do this all of the time.
I, and several others, have posted absolutely devastating reviews about Weedsly.com on Sitejabber. We completely exposed the scam that is Weedsly. Well, Weedsly paid Sitejabber to remove them. I posted a follow up update a couple of months later explaining that my situation was still on-going (in an effort to help keep others from being scammed) and Sitejabber blocked me.
This is what I mean. They know that it is a scam. I even explained in my update that the other big review company, being TrustPilot, removed Weedsly from their platform because they realized that it was a scam. Still, Sitejabber backs and supports the fraudulent company, even though they know that Weedsly also posts fake reviews all over their site. They allow for it to happen because it generates income for them in the end. Because well, Sitejabber is basically an extortion scam in itself. It makes complete sense why they would feed off of each other the way that they do - they're equally as bad as the other.
It is not a reputable review site and they are misleading us in the reviews that they allow the public to see.

Had an email off Sitejabber. Never heard of them, never gave them my email, and they addressed me incorrectly. So, where have I put this email?? in the trash where they belong!
I don't believe the guys who posted most the bad reviews about siteabber!
I signed up with them many years ago back around 2005 roughly.
Jeremy I think, was the main administrator and CEO back then I believe and if possible would always personally deal with any issues.
If I were you I would read the reviews very carefully and judge for yourself because I think there may be some sabotage from other companies.
I used the Monica 'Richard Hannah' back then & probably 2009 was my last edit.
I was very much involved at the beginning of siteJabber when there were very few registered user. My review(as I recall), was very honest and open and positive.
I don't believe siteJabber has gone downhill as badly as some people would like it to have I suggest!
