We honestly cannot thank Adam enough for everything he has done for us throughout our journey. As first-time buyers, we had very little knowledge of the process, but Adam made everything so easy to understand and was always happy to answer any questions we had.

We faced a few setbacks after missing out on a couple of houses, but Adam was always incredibly quick to arrange updated mortgage quotes whenever we wanted to put in new offers. His communication throughout was amazing, always supportive, reassuring, and professional.

When we finally found our perfect home, the process turned into a long 6 month wait for completion. Despite this, Adam continued to go above and beyond for us. He regularly chased solicitors and estate agents, kept us updated every step of the way, and did everything he could to help move things forward.

Adam has been extremely patient, supportive, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. Thanks to him, what could have been an overwhelming and stressful experience felt far more manageable.

Adam was brilliant from start to finish, open and honest in his dealings with us and managed to secure us a great deal, at a brilliant rate for these turbulent times when other much larger companies failed us.

Adam sourced the lowest interest rate available, kept track of any movement’s and reapplied on our behalf as the rates were lowered by the provider (more than once!).
Would highly recommend a great honest service.

I used Smarter Mortgages to re-mortgage for the first time (late 2023, so when interest rates were changing daily), I spoke with a lady called Kayleigh who couldn't be more helpful. She was on the ball and updated me when things changed. She was happy to speak on the phone or via whatsapp and was only ever too happy to help with the different queries we asked her.
I will be using them for every re-mortgage/house move going forwards and can't recommend them enough!
