Bird seed feeder by

I bought a product sold by Smart Garden but not manufactured by them. It was a poor design, as you filled it from the bottom and as you turned it over to hang, most of the contents fell out. The shop refused to admit there was anything wrong with it. I e-mailed Smart Garden and their customer service was excellent, just had to send picture of receipt. They promised to send an alternative which arrived about a week later. It is a completely different design and most satisfactory. Well done Tracy and team
