This was a terrible service. Although dropping off the car was a straight forward experience collecting it upon our return was the polar opposite. It took numerous phone calls to reach the representative who took our details and then informed us our car was on the way. We were expecting a 30 minute wait as advertised. After an hour, we called again and were informed the car was on it's way. This process was continued for three hours. Each time it was difficult to get through to speak to anyone and every time we were assured that our car was on it's way when it clearly was not. What we realised was that there were at least a dozen families having the same experience of being left high and dry. The worst case had been waiting for five hours. It became clear that two gentlemen were returning the cars and then running off to avoid customer anger. To be fair, this company is woefully understaffed and completely incapable of providing the service offered. There were numerous people in the same situation as us, several with young families. Avoid this company and use the park and ride instead for a comparable price and a dependable service.

This is the most catastrophic Meet & Greet that I have ever used. On pick up, I nearly missed my flight due to them taking way too long to pick up. And I had to pay £28 at the drop off as, after 1 hour of sending me from the orange parking to cafe nero outside the airport, to the drop off the driver was late. It denies any saving on the airport parking. On delivery, it took them 1 hour from the time I range. If I were you, I would avoid meet and greet altogether and use the parkings in Stansted
