The score is 3. The Panzer Glass ipad cover is excelent, the Domo cover is flimsy and does not offer enough support to hold the ipad in place. The return costs are for the buyer.
Perfectly solved by promising a full refund, postage and a voucher.

I am not at all satisfied with the cover I ordered. It cost €50 and the volume and lock buttons are separate parts. They disappeared very quickly when I put my phone in my pocket or bag. I have never seen a case where the volume and lock buttons are not part of the case. Without the buttons I can't increase or decrease the volume or lock my phone. The €50 cover became unusable after 1 week's use.

The supplier of this case has indeed chosen to make the buttons from a different material than the case itself, but they should remain attached. Therefore, I think this is a manufacturing defect. I ordered a case for my new phone from Bol.com. It said in the mail that it would be delivered the next day. However, I didn't get my order and got 0 information on the status of the order.
I needed it as soon as possible but they told me to wait 4 more days. It is just a case? What is so difficult to send it?

Useless customer service. They advertise themselves as fast and next day delivery, but still havent gotten my package after 4 days, and Postnl says it was already delivered. Dont know where this package and they only say it was delayed, and I have to wait.

What a shame to read that you are not satisfied with the service provided and the lack of clarity about the various shipping options we offer.
If you choose shipping by parcel post or premium shipping, your order can be delivered the next day. However, you have chosen for the free shipping "Delivered to your home within 2 working days". In this case it will not be delivered to you the next postal day.
During these busy times at the postal service, they may experience delays. Of course we find this very annoying, but unfortunately we have no influence on this. In such a case, we must give the postal service 5 postal days to deliver the order.
