It was delivered earlier than communicated. While it was delivered earlier than SLA but it also meant that there were no one at the address to collect it because it was expected the next day. Thanks anyways!

Engaged over the past couple of days using Messenger with Leanne. I found Leanne extremely responsive (fast responses) and she patiently answered my questions, referring to the technical team so that I had clear guidance as to how to do my imprinted concrete refresh, touch up necessary areas, and the materials (and quantities) I needed. Absolutely delighted with Leanne’s help and I’ve now placed my order. As/when/if I have further questions I’d be very sure Leanne and the company will help. In this day and age, it’s rare to find a company who will help you out when under no obligation to do so. The extent of the videos on the site is also excellent for an ordinary homeowner with no expertise. Thanks so much and I know if I follow your online instructions/advice our imprint area refresh will turn out fantastic. Thanks and best wishes to Leanne and the staff.
